I'm Lucile Bertrandie, a young French medical student.
When I discovered workaway via friends and family, I immediately knew it was the kind of travel that suited me. I'm particularly enthusiastic about the idea of combining travel, ethical and eco-responsible projects and, above all, meeting local people !

As a medical student, my area of expertise relates mainly to knowledge of the human body and personal care in general. But it also means having human qualities such as caring, listening and empathy !
For nearly 15 years, I also practised contemporary dance and ballet. Thanks to this practice, I became more rigorous, open minded, and passionate by arts and culture.
Finally, I am truly passionate by the contact with children. This is why I worked, during my student years, as a nursery assistant, which involves giving first aid to newborn babies. I also did a lot of babysitting for children of all ages.
