  With open hearts, we invite you to join us in our off-grid community, where the majesty of nature isn’t just scenery, but a lifestyle. Our purpose is to guide individuals to rediscover the magnetic beauty of the outdoors and reconnect with their true selves. We provide a refuge—a place for genuine relaxation, to breathe in the purity of the air, and to let the peacefulness of our surroundings embrace you.
  
  We warmly welcome anyone looking for a calm space.. Within our grounds, there's a constant, soothing rhythm of life that keeps us intertwined with nature and each other.
  
  At this moment, we're in need of support in a variety of areas:
  - Planning and creating a garden from scratch
  - Implementing and managing DIY projects of various scales
  - Enhancing the comfort and allure of the Camp
  - Preparing meals for lunch and/or dinner
  - Handling our social media platforms
  
  Moreover, volunteers have the opportunity to learn about our high-tech solar setup, our own water borehole system for sustainable water supply, and our Starlink internet for high-speed connectivity. Our facilities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient.
  
  Our vision is to cultivate a modern off-grid living experience, where autonomy meets ease. This high-tech off-grid lifestyle means you don’t have to give up the comforts you’re accustomed to, such as reliable internet, warm showers, and modern sanitation. We place your relaxation and reconnection with yourself at the forefront of our priorities.
  
  Our community is built on passion, not obligation. Understanding that many dedicate their valuable vacation time to Workaways, it’s important to us that your time here is enriching and enjoyable. Operating on Portugal Time, we let go of all rush and stress. Tasks are not assigned; instead, you’re free to engage in activities that resonate with you.
  
  We offer accommodation in a tent or campervan, equipped with a hot shower, toilet, electricity, high-speed internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. Considering the wide array of tasks and projects available, we’ve got your meals covered :)

  Greetings from our verdant corner of the world,
  
  In this blossoming community, a wave of individuals is awakening to the allure of a life more harmoniously intertwined with nature. The air is filled with an infectious curiosity and a shared desire to live more sustainably. Weekly events offer a chance to mingle with like-minded souls, to share stories under the stars at our solar cinema, or to feel the cool embrace of the Marateca lake as you dive in for a refreshing swim.
  
  Our 3,500m2 property is a sanctuary where you can unwind and let the soothing sounds of nature lull you into a state of tranquility. If adventure calls, you can hop on one of our mountain bikes and explore the undulating landscapes that surround us, journey to the dam or waterfall, or visit the thriving off-grid communities nearby.
  
  For your daily needs, a mini-supermarket is just a leisurely 5-minute bike ride away. For a more extensive shopping experience, the Intermarché is a 30-minute bike ride (or a quick 10-minute drive). The bustling city of Castelo Branco, with its rich history and vibrant culture, is an hour away by bike, or a swift 20-minute drive.
  
  This is a place of learning and growth, an ideal setting to immerse yourself in the principles of off-grid living and permaculture. Here, you can not only learn about sustainable living but also experience it firsthand, feeling the earth beneath your feet and the wind in your hair as you contribute to a lifestyle that respects and cherishes our planet.
