hey :-) I am Lena, 26 years old and I am a social worker back home. For me, it is much more than my profession- it is an attitude to my life. I love getting to know new people and their way of life, having in-depth conversations and the thought of supporting each other. I like to get involved in social and political issues and to encouraging people.
In my free time, I don't have any fixed hobbies, but i am always trying out new things. At home, I do a lot of arts and crafts, like to look after plants and pets and start to practice acroyoga. I enjoy social evenings just as much as long walks in the countryside. I grew up in a small village and really appreciate the community and the landscape there. I generally live a very minimalist lifestyle and enjoy being outdoors.

The diversity of social work has enabled me to work with children, teenagers, young mothers and their babies and refugees. I have also worked as a personal assistant for people with disabilities.
I grew up with animals and I'm generally not afraid to handle them, much more I love looking after them.
I have helped with many renovations such as painting, wallpapering, laying floors and building furniture.
I have worked a lot with wood through a van expansion - I am not yet a professional but would like to learn more.
I have tended my own raised beds and have looked after my grandmother's garden for years.
