It translates as action-and this perfectly relates my approach to life.

I act in many areas-working with people, with nature, with the world and with myself. I put my passion and energy into it- and I want to share it with you too!

I am:
- a beginner psychologist after graduation
- instructress in choreotherapy and art therapy, in love with working with the body and mindfulness
- a lover of healthy cooking and creating vege recipes. passionate about dietetics and psychodietetics
- content creator, sharing my passions on social media
- a traveling soul, wandering around the world, and into myself

I am a student and mentor, soul and body, a business woman as well as a spiritual girl.
I love working with people, opening up to the new, learning new skills and sharing my knowledge.

WHAT are my superpowers and how can I help you?

- SOCIAL MEDIA and MARKETING- I have been active in social media for several years. I excel at creating content for Instagram, videos or photos. In addition to this, during my studies I worked as a PR SPECIALIST in the association of psychology students, organizing numerous events, webinars and commanding a team of

-Cooking and HEALTHY DIET PLANNING- my passion is cooking and dietetics. I cook mostly vegan dishes and healthy sweets- so I find myself in the kitchen perfectly! In addition, I make menus and work in the area of psychodietetics.

- WORKSHOPS & PSYCHOLOGY- I am a psychologist and have experience in conducting educational workshops. In addition to classical psychology, I combine techniques related to mindfulness, meditation and dance.

- TEACHING- I am also happy to help in areas related to education. I studied Polish philology for a while and I come from a family of teachers- doksonale I feel transferring knowledge, I can support, for example, in learning English or teach someone Polish!
