Spent 8 years cooking in restaurants and hotels in the United States of America. Some food items I was trained in were various pasta dishes, seafood including but not limited to salmon, tuna, clams, muscles, and bass. Chicken, steak, lamb, pork, and venison.
I have also been baking since I was a child with a focus on desserts such as cakes, pies, muffins, strudels, various breads such as chocolate chip banana bread, and I spent a summer teaching myself how to make baklava.
I spent 5 years learning and practicing carpentry with emphasis on finish work and lock and key construction.
I am excellent at math, science and my English skills are great.
I am meticulous, organized, hard working and logical.
