## About Me 🌿
Hi,
I am Dominik, I am 32 years old guy from a city near the capital of Croatia, called Samobor.
In 2019 I finished a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, specifically automation industry. After that until 2025 I worked as a software and electrical engineer in fields like process automation, web development, embedded and Linux software development. From 2022 to 2024 I had a private business for development of a product that is used in access control industry. From 2019 I am working on a personal project where I was making a custom 3D printed LED Ukulele that can be used to simplify music learning. And from 2024 I was working on a EU project for development of smart firefighting suits.
But in 2024 I felt that my place is not anymore in the IT industry, even though I am still interested in working on specific projects in my spare time, I decided to turn a new page and start something new. Or rather start something old, because before I finished my degree I was working for UNICEF as a fundraiser for 2 years where I also became a team lead after some time. I also worked as a tourist animator in Brela and Brač for one season and in a famous theatre in Zagreb where I sold tickets for the shows. So in 2025 I worked for the whole season in a winery on Hvar and in 2026 I had a phenomenal seasonal job for a watersports company (windsurfing, sailing, kayaking and aquapark maintenance) in a Valamar camping located in Istria.
Personally I am very outgoing, I enjoy all kinds of sports, especially football. And I am very much into eastern spirituality, yoga, meditation and similar topics. I am always for some sort of action and I like to take things lightly with a sense of seriousness. I guess you could call me intensely chill!
So there you have a little bit of everything, from a little bit of everywhere :) -

My background combines engineering and technology with experience in seasonal jobs. I’m technically minded, practical and good at solving problems, with experience in electronics, embedded software, hardware and system integration. Through my other experiences, I’ve also developed interpersonal skills, adaptability and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Easy going and reliable, one of the main things he is good at is handling problems between colleagues.
Very quick learner, he handled every task quickly with no need of additional supervision. Strong and sporty even heavy physical work was no problem.
