We have vacation rentals in Mexico and we are in need of someone who will help us with our rentals, helping out tenants and caring for the 3 horses we have.
The home is 1/2 mile from the beach and walking distance to the Malecon which is a nice place to stroll in the afternoon.
We also want someone to stay in the house when we are not home, which this summer we plan to be away a lot.
We also may need help with cleaning rentals when there is more turnovers than the staff can manage, most important is to make our guests feel welcome and help them if they need something, little maintenance in the homes would be a big plus, we do expect someone to clean after themselves and basic household stuff, like keeping the kitchen clean etc.
We would like to have an artist paint any artistic touch to customize our rentals and make them more special and unforgettable with beachy ambiance :)
Also if someone can help with horse rides for our guests that is another big plus so horse experience would be great. English is a must, some Spanish would be great
Only non-smokers please, we are highly against smoking :)

Travelers coming to our place could practice their english and spanish, learn about the culture of Mexico, how to take care of horses, chickens and dogs.

This town in North Mexico is a fishing town, it is known for its beautiful beaches, natural reserves, & great seafood. Some activities include boating, jet skiing, riding vehicles in sand dunes, seeing the great natural craters, riding horses on the beach, snorkeling, flying ultralight airplanes and so on.

Yes, the internet works most of the time it just goes down ocassionaly as it is Mexico but we now have fiber optics.
