Kjell: My career reflects the values I enjoy most, being in serves of others and making sure they have a good time. I'm specialiced in hospitality, became a professional chef by 21 and nowadays I'm freelancing, fulfilling all kinds of positions within this world.
I enjoy preparing a tastefull and well nurturing meal for others, and if requested, sharing my knowledge about it.
Although I enjoy the company of others, I find my balance in going back to nature and the basics, learn from the simple, yet overrated things.

Right now, we live in a city, but our goal is to move to a place more removed from the crowd, preferably mountain area, fresh water, and creating a life that's more aligned with the basics of lifes, where food comes directly from the ground.

Eva: I've been travelling since I was 3 months old. Through the years I made sure to study my languages, to connect even more with different people. September 2022 I started learning Spanish. Connection and simplicity are central in my life. To connect with other people in my work, I work in the kitchen right now, to not only nurture people, but also teach the people around me how the care for themselves through food. Former years I also worked as waiter and barista. Next to this I have a certificate in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition & in Nutrition & Sustainability. With our dream goal in mind, I'd like to learn this in reality, and not just keep it to theory.

I've spent several summers in the pyrenees working with horses and other rescue animals. I like to share other people knowledge too: from trainer in athletics or horseback riding, to cooking (and everyday life chores that come with it).

I've spent 3 summers in Spain volunteering for at an horse/animal shelter. Twice in the Spanish pyrenees.

In my free time I'd like to be active. I practice yoga since 2015 and try to keep up the practice on a daily basis. Next to this I try to stay a bit creative too and do this with my camera.

Que habilidades tienes?

Kjell: Professional chef. I love cooking and working with nature (both inside and outside the kitchen).
I refurbished my own house, hence developed some expierence in painting/building/etc.
I have grown up with dogs, so I'm good with them and enjoy their company.

Eva: independent cook, barista, and basis knowledge about nutrition.
When it comes to sports or movement, just to guide/teach others about a different range of topics within it. I'm also a camera amateur. Lastly I'm used to be working with animals, but my knowledge is in working with horses.
