I really enjoy DIY projects and have experience in construction, wood work, metal work, using power tools, organising, painting, logging, animal care, gardening, fixing vehicles as well as being used to work in accounting and marketing. I also have some legit skills in music production and audio engineering.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have had Alex come work with us. Most of his time was spent hauling, chopping and stacking firewood. The work was arduous and he went at it like a champ. Alex had a genuine interest in our family and the lives of the folks that live in southern Appalachia. We enjoyed of stories of his life back home in Sweeden that he shared with us around the dinner table and our kids were talking in Sweedish accents for weeks after he left. Thank you Alex for all you did for us and making Sunshine Farm a part of your journey!

We really enjoyed Alex's stay with us and it was during a unusually cold and very odd time with being completely snowed in for 7 days and losing our electricity due to the solar panels covered in snow and then white out conditions for days. He was a real trouper through it all and helped immensely with shoveling us a path out as well as just about everything else we asked of him. He is a very personable person as well; many of our friends and neighbors asked about him after he had left. All the best and I'm sure we will see you again. :)
