I like to explore different ways of living, meeting new people, and exploring all the opportunities traveling can offer!
I have enjoyed my workaway experiences a lot so far. My best memories to date have been from volunteering abroad and I have met the most incredible people along the way.
I like books, card games and music. My main hobbies are cooking and baking! I love making food for others and sharing meals. It is always a gift to learn new recipes and to share my favourite dishes with others :)

We stayed at the hostel for two weeks. We got to enjoy the beautiful city of Hoi An, there's lots to do and see. You can rent bikes or motorbikes for a good price from reception to get around, or walk if you like too. We visited Da nang on our weekend off, you can also visit the island if weather allows.

I stayed with the school for about a month and I’m so glad I did. This workaway is incredible, the volunteer work is light but enjoyable and so rewarding. I learned so much about Moroccan people and culture from the students and teachers and was happy I got to share stories about my travels and life in Canada. Anika is a wonderful spirit and full of funny stories, we loved hosting her for a few weeks.
She is a very hard worker and got so much done in the time she was here. The mexican meal she cooked was amazing and if we had the right kitchen I'm sure her croissants would've been as well.
We'd love to see her again some day 😁

This place was an incredible experience I will not soon forget. A lovely community project, it was truly an honour to be a part of it. We did work pushing back some forest line and clearing overgrowth, making a path from a parking space into the forest and painting the walls inside of the house. They are very well equipped with tools and gear for… read more

On the day Anika and Tommy were due to arrive there was a train strike. We were in touch throughout the day as they slowly progressed in our direction but then, unfortunately, with one cancellation after another, they had to give in and find somewhere to stay for the night. Áine & Paul were lovely hosts. I only stayed a short time with them but had time permitted I would have stayed much longer! The work we did wasn’t too strenuous and was simple enough for a beginner to get the hang of. We did some floor waxing and painted doors and window frames in another old house.
