21 July update: We're currently looking for September help, as the harvest will happen, and we're also looking for help for the event/restaurant side, seeking help for helping Delia cleaning the shop, cooking , organizing events etc.
We are a young winery in the heart of Tuscany. We are committed to producing wines of outstanding quality. We use a blend of tradition and innovation,
adhering to a philosophy of continuous improvement. We also produce EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), barrique-aged vinegar, and much more! .
Works changes a lot during the season, here there is an approximately calendar:
JUNE: Vineyard work, such as: green pruning (removing unproductive branches) tucking in branches etc.
JULY: Vineyard work, such as: green pruning (removing unproductive branches) tucking in branches etc.
AUGUST: From mid august on, Harvesting the grapes, working in the cellar
SEPTEMBER: Harvesting the grapes, working in the cellar - ALSO looking for events help such as cooking, cleaning etc
OCTOBER: From the end of October on; picking the olive, making the Olive Oil
