27/May Update: We are currently looking for vineyards works
We are a young winery in the heart of Tuscany. We are committed to producing natural wines of outstanding quality. We use a blend of tradition and innovation,
adhering to a philosophy of continuous improvement. We also produce EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), honey, barrique-aged vinegar, and much more! This is a small cooperative of 3 neighboring farms.
Works changes a lot during the season, here there is an approximately calendar:
AUGUST: From mid august on, Harvesting the grapes, working in the cellar
