Hy everyone, I´m Ben :)
Right now we are ready to start building a small summer house close to the lake Ossiach.
Experienced workers needed!! Not really, you might need to use a shovel from time to time, but usually its working a bit in the garden and thinking about the place a bit.
The loud work (digging, cutting,) should be done by the start of June, after it will be very relaxed and quiet.
The Plan is to connect to the Water System and prepare the floor for the future house.
Whatever you think you can do would be awesome.
I got a shoulder surgery this winter and still need to do therapy. Even the little things like cooking or cleaning are a bit hard. Its not hard work here :D
We do not have electricity. Just solar what works to charge the phone. I can provide a hotspot to have internet.
Also there are a lot of possibilities to experience, The lake , Mountains, a quiet nice nature reservoir....

There is always time to take the boat or a SUP and paddle out.
There is a mountain with bike trails and a nice waterfall close by.
I´m a pretty relaxed guy, living in a camper with my dog during the summer, when the weather is nice and warm. During the winter i leave to go south towards the sun. Yoga and surfing what else :D

i´m pretty open what you feel like doing, meditation, yoga or some outdoor stuff like climbing. Sharing knowledge about yoga practice.

camper, is during the work on the property, it is very simple, but all whats needed i think. Also the tent and the (future) treehouse. Compost Toilets are there ATM. Showers and everything will be build this may.
It is not the best isolation but summer is hot and nice here :)
There is also a place under the big tree where we cook and chill if it is too hot, also with a bbq and to do bonfires

There is a bus stop like 2min walking which brings you to the closest train-station Villach. Also i do have a car and a motorbike you can borrow.
On the other side of the lake is a Mountain with a great view
