This is a party hostel. Surely not an usual party hostel, as the family feeling is what makes people stay for long creating life time bonds here.
We have included breakfast for guests, and a bar with happy hour at night. These are the two pillars, is when people meet and the exchange of experiences starts. In the morning meet at Breakfast help people to gather together to explore the city, and at night a caipirinhas help an once shy people to talk to a stranger, go out, and who knows what happen then.
We take a lot of pride in it. We want to take care and make people feel unique and special, memorizing names, and also always judging each situation individually, without put different people in the same basket.
And yes, we are here for 12 years, trying to help people out to find happiness in themselves and in the world around them! If you are interested in be part of it, write us and maybe you will have the same faith as Lilly, Maddy, Vera, and many other work awayers who came here for a good time, and stayed for a long time, and now we call them not only friends but part of the family!

They will have a whale of a time! They can learn a lot: from the other work member, from the cultural differences between guests, from working here it self, from the city.

We need help for the following areas, all them around 3 days a week, 8h a day:
. To assist the receptionist in very busy days during the day.
. Help organizing day activities for guests such as hikes, football games, beach days
. We also hire people with good photo and camera skills and DIY skills as we are constantly trying to improve this place.
. Gardening and art work to make the place more beautiful!
**There will be no night shift help**
*️ Notice people can combine functions if you are ok with it.
*️ It is also expected from the staff to take part if activities like cleaning day, meetings and also take people out (it is not part of your job, but is the profile we look for)

Our internet is good, it spread around the hostel. A couple places around (coffee with good internet) can help as well.
