We're Pietro and Massimo, two men who started a new Street Food Business in Val Borbera Valley (AL). We have a laboratory where we produce everything that we sell on our Food Truck such as Burgers or Cakes, plus we also make cakes and desserts for events and catering.
Most of the time we travel and go work in different places around us, this is one of the best part of the job!
Our business was born in 2023, and after one year of work and success we're now looking to develop a new chapter of our brand!

We offer the chance to learn a new job directly inside the environment with practice. You will learn basic techniques of baking, cooking starters and finger food for events, and Street Food cuisine for private and public events.
You will also be formed to serve at tables as waiter/waitress and how to make cocktails.

We're looking for two people which can help us during the working season (from April/May until October) in a continuous time.
You will need to help in the kitchen preparing and cooking the food, cleaning the laboratory and the kitchen equipment, and help working on the Food Truck or during events (serving at tables or cooking).

We often participate and organize events like weddings, communions or birthday parties: we're looking for somebody with a good presence which can help us serving at the tables or organizing the event, based on the occasion.
We also join some events in our Restaurant ( a Family Business), so during the summer it can happen to have some events together as a collaboration.

Our job is fun and different everyday, that's the best part! We are sure that you will have a good time if you put effort and passion in what you do!
We would love to collaborate with somebody who loves being in contact with people, who's smiling at every request of the guests, and who's outgoing. We accept only candidates who are willing to stay with us for the whole period (from April/May until October).

People who speak Italian are preferred.

We offer room (everyday) and board for 5 days a week and we also offer retribution with a contract.

You'll stay next to your place of work in a house that is shared with 3 other people that will be part of the restaurant team.
This house provides a Bedroom and shared Bathroom and Kitchen.

You will have two days off, in those days you can reach the train station and visit the different cities near us: Genova and Portofino (40mins), Milano (1 hour), Torino (1h30mins) or you can hike the mountains around our village!

We would like somebody that will stay with us for 6 months.
