  We are a married couple in our early sixties. We have a nice family home in a cul-de-sac with an open living area and nice backyard.
  
  Loveland, Colorado is a vibrant northern Colorado city known as the "Sweetheart City" and the "Outdoor Sculpture Capital of Colorado," nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Loveland has many trails and a nice downtown area and is close to larger cities like Fort Collins or Denver.
  
  We have one cat named Max who is very friendly to strangers and easy to take care of. We need someone to live in the house and take care of the cat, house, water plants, lawn maintenance and occasional refilling of outside waterfall.

  We have a beautiful world renowned sculpture garden within walking distance and an active and fun downtown area. We can provide local events based on the time of year.

  Ayuda

  Looking for somebody to pet sit, house sit and do minimal yard maintenance. The yard maintenance would be minimal and would be once a week during May-October and take approx. 1 hour: we need someone to periodically fill up the outside waterfall which is a 15 minute task. Daily tasks would be 1-2 hours max. to feed cat, change litter box every 3-4 days, water plants and minimal cleaning.

  We have a basement apartment which is set up as a nice bedroom with dining space, TV with couch and its own bathroom. You will have access to whole main living area, including our living room, kitchen and backyard.

  We have two E-bikes that you can use. Loveland has good trail systems and E-bikes makes easy access to downtown Loveland.
