We currently have a team of 5 people working with us to get our resort guest ready. Besides myself and my spouse who have been actively involved in the process, we have one reservations specialists, a handyman and someone responsible for purchasing all equipment and furniture needed for the hotel.
Some of the natives of the island have also helped with the building of the resort and educating us on the history of the island and it’s beautiful archaeological sites.
On Saboga Island you will have access to 7 beaches, a jungle and archaeological sites to explore. On the resort itself you will have access to kayaks, paddle boards, yoga equipment and the hotel pool.
This opportunity will allow you to meet people from all over the world, further enriching your cultural experience overall. Just a short boat ride away from Panama City you will be able to indulge in activities such as: shopping, frequent cafes & restaurants and visit the popular sites.

Saboga island hosts a village of about 300 natives who are not influenced by the industrialized world. However, some of them are interested in being employed with us to provide for their families. This is why we need your help to teach them English and how to provide service to our guests. This opportunity will allow you to learn more about the natives of this island as well as explore the island and it's beautiful surroundings. The brand new place is looking for dynamic & qualified workawayers to showcase this high-end, eco-luxury hospitality experience to its cherished guests. This beautiful private island in Panama.

Your passion and knowledge of the environment, natural wildlife and ecosystems will engage you in diverse tasks ranging from; implementing recycling & composting programs, to tree planting, teaching english to island natives, helping with handywork, assisting with guest check-in and quality hospitality. You need to have excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills. We are looking for Workawayers who can offer high-end hospitality for our minimalist-luxury accommodations.

Good to have:
Divers license or driving knowledge.
Interest in natural history, ecology, wildlife, botany, environmental sciences, and related fields
Fluency in Spanish & English
Teaching / guiding experience preferred
Travel and hospitality industry experience preferred
Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility in working environment and schedule
Strong initiative and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Excellent mental and physical condition

You will have access to our employee room with pivate bathroom. We are welcoming 5hrs of help per 5 day week in exchange for room and board (three meals per day included).

On the island you can partake in a variety of local activities such as: fishing, kayaking, paddle board, island hopping and exploration, hiking in the jungle, archaeological sites to discover and beach hopping (7 beaches to choose from). Off-Island activities in Panama City include: shopping, restaurants & cafes, visiting local sites.
