Wow, this has certainly been a journey..... so many up and downs, sideways and everyways....
I have left the below profile information intact as it shows the journey of hosting well over 100 travellers over the last 9 years.
So I have found out that I have ADHD (surprise surprise). Kinda explains all the exciting adventures and projects I have taken on and still have going on! (but I can't do it all by myself)
Everything is here and waiting for anyone who wants to experience, build or explore... Boating, Rally Racing, Tiny Homes, Alternative Living, Campervan, all the tools and materials you need...
I guess all I am asking in return is for consistency, respect, understanding and peaceful energy to help me with everyday life and organisation in order to get out and enjoy all the possibilities we have available.
Somebody who is organised, self-starting and intuitive. Simple everyday consistency helps me so much!
I am a big picture thinker with massive ideas and projects but this also means that my everyday life can be neglected.
I’m looking for a longer term (at least more than a month) "in it together" mentality in order to get things done and actually get out an enjoy everything. Summer will be here soon!!!
You will get your own free Camper Van to Sleep in, Drive around in, and use to see this part of New Zealand.
Depending on your skills and the situation - you may be able to help me in person or remotely (while exploring in the caravan).

The current projects are...
Boat, Campervan, Race Car, Internet Marketing, Blogging, Social Media, Video/Photo Creating and Editing, AI Systimisation.
There is also paid work for the right people doing engineering, plumbing and general maintenance on boats.
I’m looking for people to help out with the following:
-- Day to day Living Stuff / Cooking / Cleaning / Organisation / Admin
-- Working on the property - Building, Gardening, Anything to make it nice :)
-- Working on the Boat to make her beutiful again
-- Experienced Boatie to be in charge of the 60ft Boat (free rein depending on your expirience)
-- Someone to work on the Rally Race Car / Prepare for events and Co-Drive
-- Rebuild the Campervan
-- Anything Marketing / Social Media / Blogging Related.

I travelled for a year, came home to NZ, relised that nothing had changed in NZ, got depressed, so went travelling again for another year.
I knew I had to do something different, so coming back home the next time I started hosting CouchSurfers. This then lead to the hosting of WorkAwayers.
After having so many awesome travellers come and stay I then decided to create a travellers community built by travellers for travellers. A place where we can learn, grow, develop and try new things all together.
We then started building Tiny Houses in the backyard.
After 7 years - the crazy 2023 weather drove us off our land for now and now I’m living on a 60ft boat in the beautiful Gulf Harbour area.

Me:
I'm an introvert but I love seeing people thrive - I would rather do, create, flow and show (actions speak louder than words).
I'm Adventurous, Gentle, Self Motivated, Energetic, Keen to try Anything, Trustworthy, Honest, Passionate, Determined, Calm, Logical, Creator, Dreamer, Interested in most things from Cooking to Rally Car Racing to Dancing to Spirituality to Personal Growth to creating a Balanced Healthy Lifestyle. I enjoy great conversations and anything Outdoors or Practical. I am always searching, growing and finding my place in this world. I believe we should all be doing what we love and aim for the ultimate lifestyle of being flexible while enjoying life and growing from it.
Moving in Life excites me and I tend to go in Extreme directions. I have big Dreams and great Determination. I like to move quickly but I am also a Perfectionist and Procrastinator. I will get knocked down and most of the time I will get back up and keep on going. Some nights I just won’t sleep due to the Excitement of the next project and some days I will simply forget to eat due to the Goal at hand.
Other times I will get Knocked down and I will struggle with my Overwhelm and Anxiety as I try to get back up again. --We all experience Life and its ups and downs - We are Human!!

Boat Building - Car Mechanics - Marine Engineering - Forex/Futures/Stock Market Trader - Programming - Internet Clothing Business - Travelling - Hosting Couch Surfers - Hosting Helpers - Selling Food at the Markets - Creating/Building the Traveller’s Community – Building Tiny Houses – Setting up the Sail Boat - Lead Generation and Marketing - Installation Work on new Boats

Fun, easy going, keen to learn, loving life, open, wanting to meet people, someone that I can connect with and have in-depth conversations with. Someone who is different and who won't settle to the standard life that society seems to dictate to us. Self-motivation, willingness to learn, respect for everyone and can work together as a team. I am crazy - I tend to go in extreme directions. I have big dreams and great determination. I like to move quickly but I am also a perfectionist and procrastinator. I will get knocked down but I will get up and keep on going. Some nights I just won’t sleep due to the excitement of the next project and some days I will simply forget to eat due to the goal at hand. Other times I will get knocked down and I will struggle to get back up (I am learning to take this time to allow my body and spirit to catch up). Yes some people view it all as chaos but I just call it growth and development. I say all of this because I want us all to understand that we are all on our own journeys and we must acknowledge what our own journey is and stay in tune with that. Please make sure that you don’t get caught up in my chaos – Its ok to step back and keep your routines etc. Just because I am still working or not eating etc. doesn't meant that you have to do the same. Please understand that I will do my very best to be one of the team. But please also remember that I have to keep driving everything forward with the bigger picture in mind. This being research and development of all the projects, networking, paying the bills and making sure that everyone is happy including all our helpers, neighbours, Business partners, Counsel etc. All while trying to create the environment and cash flow to make this dream become reality. I personally need to have a break from everything every now and again - so I am also looking for someone to take over for me when I am not around - This will include making sure that everyone is happy, making sure that everything is ticking along as normal for the community, property and businesses while communicating with everyone and myself.

I’m a busy person with the businesses so any help around the place is so much appreciated :)

Being based in the Northern part of Auckland it means that we are close enough to get to, but far enough away to peacefully enjoy the great outdoors, green nature and beaches that New Zealand has to offer including:

- Hikes, Bike Rides, Bush Walks -- Diverse variety with Beautiful views
- Relax in a beautiful environment.

Stayed at Mike's for 2 weeks, from the beginning I felt like home, I didn't experience the tiny houses building but learnt how to use tools, did some carpentry, plumbing and cooking! I had a great time, and I am very sad to leave. Thank you Mike and Billy Girl for having me! Hope to be back one day

These girls are AMAZING. They made themselves at home right away and brought such funny, comfy, caring, hard-working, loving energy to our place.
