In our hostel , you will take advantage of an incredible view of the mountains and especially of Monserrate. We are located in the middle of La Candelaria, surrounded by local restaurants, art galleries, museums, bakery shops and local design. This is the perfect place to enjoy most of the historical and important places of Bogotá. We consider ourselves as family here, and we offer everybody the best Colombian experience. We run a coffee shop as well with love, attitude and commitment promoting values and what define us as Colombians and Bogotanians. If you are looking for an authentic way to seize our beautiful city this is the right place.

By living with us, you can interact with travelers and locals. If you want to improve your spanish and learn more about the history of Colombia, this is the perfect place for you to meet new people and grow as a person. Our Hostel is located in the heart of Bogota's Downtown at La Candelaria, one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in town with many restaurants and activities nearby.

We need volunteers to cover some reception, housekeeping, cleaning , maintenance and customer service shifts ,so we need nice and friendly people for this.Fluent or native English/Spanish is a must, as well as customer service skills. Bring your energy and new ideas for the hostel. We offer free accommodation, and a friendly social hostel to meet amazing people, but we also have a greater connection with the staff and other guests in our hostel.

Manuel is very easy going, it was great to work with him! My Spanish was poor which made communication a little difficult at times, so I would say to potential workawayers that they should be reasonably comfortable listening to basic spoken Spanish. I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, had a lot of laughs with everybody and they were all very patient with my limited knowledge of Spanish. The work is fair and explained well, overall great shout out to Martín who explained everything to me. And offcourse to Diana and Carlos for letting me stay in this amazing place!

Thank you to the awesome team at the Hostel for bringing us onto the team. As our first WorkAway we didn't know what to expect. Spending 3 weeks here we were able to develop relations with the workers and develop an understanding of how a hostel operates. The location is also great for anyone wanting to explore Bogota (historic center).

Naima es una chica verdaderamente profesional en el tema de limpieza y cuidado de los jardines, siempre muy efectiva con los productos para cada actividad, además de ser una experta en plantas lo que nos ayudó a renovar nuestros jardines. Naima es muy divertida y tiene una energía espectacular con la que siempre nos logra sacar una sonrisa.

Fernando was a great support, he always focus on the details and he normally go ahead, so he had been a solution for everything, his job was very good.
