  We are trying to create a little self-sufficiency, ecological home-stead, producing quality products from our farm for ourselves and volunteers . We produce fruit juice(apple ,pear, grapes, orange,...), Wine, olive oil, dried fruits , and little bit of cheese from our little sheep herd. Next to the sheep we have chickens turkey for eggs and meat, and have 2 horses and a mule,

Why try to use holistic grazing management for our animals, and are going to start with a permaculture vegetables garden.
