  Who are we?
  
  We're on the beach (and yes we are on the beach!) We're rocking little hotel (7 rooms) with a little restaurant and bar in Las Penitas, one of the 3 most popular coastal towns in Nicaragua. While not a party city like San Juan Del Sur, Las Penitas offers a more chill experience for locals, expats and dogs. (Yes we have a 3 year old Cane Corso called Jake that you will fall madly in love with) Only 20 minutes by bus to Leon it offers both the tranquility and charm of an emerging tourist town and the joys of great surf and authentic Nicaraguan culture with many festivals and events.

This is a highly dynamic, unique and beautiful hotel that blessedly attracts the very people to help it organically grow in a way that benefits both the staff, the hotel, guests and those that volunteer here. This holistic, caring and creative process is very important to us and the ethos of the hotel.

  It is a very dynamic space with a very cool laid back vibe with many different elements to engage both individuals and families. We are seeking a dynamic and fun individual/couple to join our team.
  
  You'll ideally have demonstrated hospitality experience. Intermediate spanish and english is important to get the most from this experience and nica culture We have a dynamic and active social media presence and would love you to inject your own passion here.
  
  We are blessed to receive unbelievably amazing clients that truly love being here and we welcome volunteers that are naturally good natured and get joy from creating memorable experiences for others.
  
  If you can see a termite trail before the roofs fall down on a guest it's a bonus. A caring eye and skills and the ability to see issues before they become serious issues. Our little hotel can provide so many skills in so many areas and the right person will appreciate this opportunity to enhance their CV on both paper and life. We offer flexible tenure for the right person but we find we need a minimum of a month to make it work for both. (We also love when guests stay longer than 1 night as we get to know each other better)
  
  We are lucky to have fiber optic internet. While some portion of the role may involve internet time we expect all our staff and helpers to self discipline regarding online time.

  Accomodation is provided both on site and 5 mins walk from the hotel. For any longer term/management positions an allowance can be negotiated for separate accommodation.
  Breakfast will be provided 5 days/week and and possibly an allowance (depending on skills and experience) of $50/week to assist with other meals.

  We have a very friendly dog onsite and welcome other dogs that are socialized . The comfort and safety of our guests is paramount so if your dogs bite they will have to leave. Sorry no cats allowed.
