Living our dream on the beach in Brazil ! Cumbuco is a kitesurfing hot spot ! Together with our staff you have the possibility for a cultural exchange ! Learn how to speak Portuguese ( Our Staff only speaks Portuguese ) and learn more about the Brazilian way of life ! When there are local festivals you are welcome to visit with us. At the Cumbuco market square you are able to learn capoeira the Brazilian dance ! Kitesurfing is a wonderful sport and Cumbuco has many schools ( 10 hours are +/- 2000 Reais Full Beginner Course ) where you can learn how to KiteSurf on the Cumbuco Kite Beach.
Do you maybe work & travel ? Need fast internet ? Digital Nomad ? Us too ... So fast internet is no problem 😀 😌 😉 !

1. Cumbuco is a Paradise for Kitesurfer, Sun & Beach Lover & Digital Nomads.
2. Learn Portuguese and practice with customers and staff.
3. Dancing Forro is fun. Forró is a genre of Brazilian music that originated in Northeastern Brazil. It encompasses various dance styles as well as a number of different musical beats. This music genre has gained widespread popularity in all regions of Brazil. In Fortaleza you find local bars where to learn and dance !
4. Horseback riding is possible on the Cumbuco Beach for all horse lovers its a nice thing to do in your free time.

Ayuda
We are looking for you if you are a nonsmoker & speak fluently english ! As we are working we need your help 3 hours a day for 5 days a week without food provided. We need help with our garden, maintenance etc. ! Girls speaking german will be a plus because our son is 10 years old and his grandfather loves to talk in german. Just in case u will be helping in the kitchen u don’t need to prepare food or serve food or drinks. Just helping to keep things clean and organised already will help us a lot.

Alojamiento
Comfortable and Large Bungalow ( 2 bedrooms ( Fan only ), 1 bathroom & kitchen ). Each room has 2 bunkbeds and you will have one bunk bed or if you come as a couple the beds can be next to each-other. Normally you have a private bedroom. Only if we have 3 or 4 volunteers ( and you are a single volunteer ) you will need to share your room. But only with the same gender. Please bring your own mosquito net and towel.

We live 1 minute away from the Beach in Cumbuco which is near Fortaleza ! Cumbuco is famous for kitesurfing so you will have the opportunity to practice it as well or learn it ( many schools in town ) ! The nearest airport is Fortaleza. Please do not use your mobile phone during work hours & bring your own towel, sun lotion 🧴 and a mosquito net.

1. Are there any other volunteers who might be joining too ?
We can not confirm if there are any other volunteers for the time you are looking for.
Volunteers come and go so it is unsure. But we always try to have at least one.
2. Is it easy to move around where you are located ? Yes it is. Buses, Taxis & Uber.
3. Are there many opportunities for hikes in nature ? Yes there are some but not near Cumbuco.
Google Guaramiranga is a City in the mountains nearby ( 2 hours drive )

Yes we can. Internet is very important to us as well so we use Fast Fiber here in Cumbuco.
