  Welcome! We are happy you found your way here. Let us introduce you to our beautiful project!
  
  We are first and foremost a spirituality-based project, focused on local development and holistic regeneration in the realms of ecology, environment, economics, and social service. It's a place that invites you to develop personally, cultivate a service-oriented mindset, connect with nature, live in a communal, purposeful, and eco-friendly way, and explore, build, and deepen your spiritual practice.
  
  We are not a traditional ashram, classic intentional community, or full-on eco village, although we share similarities with all three. Neither are we "off the grid", as we value being connected to the world around us (socially, economically, politically, culturally). If you are looking for any of the aforementioned places, then other great initiatives might suit you better! If you are looking for a project that holds a unique combination of all, you are in the right place.
  
  Zooming in on the spiritual aspect of the project; we follow the Indian born tantric tradition called Ananda Marga. The tradition has a two fold focus; Self-realization through ancient yogic practices such as meditation, and selfless service to the benefit of all of life. However, we welcome people regardless of their spiritual engagement. We cherish diversity in the social, cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds. Most important to us is that you bring an open and respectful attitude towards the tradition and its cultural guidelines. Examples are modest clothing, sattvic diet, and no nudity, alcohol, drugs, or smoking on the land.
  
  It should be said that our project is ever-changing, evolving, and beautifully imperfect. We are far from an idyllic paradise, and most people get from time to time challenged by e.g. living in a communal setting, living remotely, and the diversity in people. Those who embrace the challenge and take responsibility for their emotions, thoughts, and actions are the ones growing the most. We welcome your humanness in all its expressions, as long as it comes with the readiness to "do the work".
  
  The final highlight concerns that we are a place both of Being and Doing. We deeply cherish mediation and abiding in peaceful states of Being. At the same time, we like to Do. We are action-oriented and motivated to be of service. Accordingly, we look for people who take ownership, show proactivity, and are eager to contribute.
  
  This is our place in a nutshell. However, the project holds far more than words can describe. We welcome you to immerse yourself and experience it firsthand.

  What we offer is all the beauty that comes along with being part of this unique project. You will belong to a spiritually and ecologically minded community, get challenged and grow, be part of spiritual practices such as kiirtan and meditation (optional), have access to inspiring knowledge and visions on a regenerative world, live in the midst of astonishing nature, receive spiritual teachings, and support from spiritual guides through your inner and outer journey. Practically speaking, we offer various living conditions. Depending on the season and demand, we have community houses, dormitories, private rooms, tents, or caravans available. Throughout your time here you will enjoy healthy, mostly locally sourced, satvik food (yogic diet vegetarian without onion, garlic, mushrooms). With love prepared by our kitchen team!

  Ayuda

  We are looking for committed, long-term (at least 1 month) volunteers who are truly intrinsically motivated to be of service and contribute to our mission to create a more regenerative world. Our place consists of a wide range of teams. This means that there is lots of diversity in the kind of volunteering work we offer. Find current open opportunities below. Ps.   Fundraising
  Become part of our Fundraising team, put your writing, administrative, and organizational skills into practice, and arrange the funds that allow our project to flourish.
  
  Kitchen
  Learn (even) more about cooking as a part of the Kitchen team and prepare healthy meals daily for the community.
  
  Human Flow
  Do you love our own species and communicating with them? Come and support in recruitment, facilitating team building activities, and administrative tasks.
  
  Cleaning and Beautification
  We are looking for a lover of tidiness and a creator of beauty, to make our spaces cosy, organized, beautiful, and clean.
  
  Agriculture
  We are looking for a lover of nature and green, who enjoys working outdoors and is motivated to take care of the land, by planting, weeding, watering, seeding, harvesting, and more.
  
  Maintenance
  Join us as a handy person to contribute to the smooth operation and upkeep of the facilities on our beautiful land.
  
  Logistics
  Come and support us in running the daily logistics that allow the project to run smoothly.

  Alojamiento

  Volunteers usually sleep in dormitories (maximum 6 people) or in tents, depending on what is availabe. There are separate rooms and dorms for men and women. During summertime we also camp on the land. We provide you with three healthy vegan meals daily. The use of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes as well as the consumption of non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the property.
