Small town living, helping around my place in Cunha, Brazil

  I have a beautiful property in a quaint little town on a mountain range near the sea. It is inside the little town, but the property is large enough to feel like you are in the countryside. For the last 15 years I have been building there - 6 cottages of different sizes distributed around a garden and different plateaus, and a comercial complex in the lower corner of the avenue. I have just rented the smaller building to 2 Venezuelan chefs who are cooking Peruvian/Caribbean food there, and I have a 3 story building that I'm now transforming into a co-working space with meeting room, lounge and rooftop garden. Though it is already beautiful, I could use expert help improving the landscape design, building better niches, filling up the place with even more harmony. Would love someone to help me with that! A handy person could also help me with small repairs around the place.

  Living in this little town, getting around to waterfalls and the ocean nearby, doing the incredible trails we have around here, engaging with the local community, mainly of ceramic and other artists, can be a life enriching experience. And my place is close to all of that.

  I need help taking better care of the garden, improving what I have and creating nice niches. Also in teaching my regular helper a few things about that. There are some spaces where nice arrangement would be wonderful, but I can't quite think of the combination. If that same person is good at interior decorating, all the better, since I have lots of internal spaces that I could use suggestions with.
  I can definitely use help improving my social media about the place.

  I have a small cottage available, fully furnished, and it includes a kitchenette with all the basics. It is set among the gardens, very nice. Usually I rent it online but would be willing to block it for the time my volunteer/s will be staying. I have other 5 cottages that I can rent in the meantime.

  Lots to see here, small town, artists, artisans, NGOs doing environmental work, mountain and waterfall trails, short drive to beautiful costal towns just 20 miles away. Beautiful setting indeed and lots of options, including good food

  There is space for a van/truck size vehicle inside. But outside there are some nice spots to park without problem as well.
