Welcome to our little slice of country life in Beeac, regional Victoria! We are a welcoming family of three—myself, my husband Peter (who is an Aussie local and a volunteer firefighter), and our primary-school-aged daughter.
Our home is a lively yet peaceful place surrounded by nature. We share our property with a wonderful bunch of animals, including our friendly dogs, cats, alpacas, chickens, and sometimes even orphan lambs that need bottle-feeding! We spend our time tending to our vegetable garden, caring for the animals, and being actively involved in our local community.
What we love most about living here is the quiet, relaxed rural lifestyle. If you are an animal lover and enjoy being outdoors, you will definitely love it here too. I also really enjoy cooking and preparing meals for the family. We would love to share hearty meals, exchange cultures, and welcome you to experience authentic Australian country life with us! -

Intercambio cultural y oportunidades de aprendizaje
Staying with our family offers a wonderful blend of authentic Australian country life and multicultural exchange.
My husband is a local Aussie and a volunteer firefighter, so we can introduce you to the strong, welcoming community spirit here in regional Victoria. I have a great passion for cooking and would love to teach you how to make delicious and authentic Chinese dishes. We can also share our knowledge of hobby farming, from growing seasonal vegetables to caring for alpacas, poultry, and hand-rearing orphan lambs.
In return, we would love to hear stories about your home country and culture. We always welcome Workawayers to cook a traditional meal from their culture to share with us. It is also a fantastic opportunity for our primary-school-aged daughter to learn about the wider world and experience different cultures right from our dining table! -
