Hello everyone!
Greetings from a permaculture designer who is filled with the joy of life, passion for learning, and creativity. I resigned from my 19-year public job to create my own living space, and now I have moved to a 6-acre paradise-like place nestled between two villages, surrounded by nature and blessed with historical beauties.
My goal is to establish a fully independent, sustainable natural living farm, meeting all basic needs, including electricity and water. On my land, where only heirloom seeds grow and numerous trees flourish around a small pond, I have placed four geodesic structures on platforms. Additionally, there is a spacious stone workshop awaiting its doors and windows.
If you're interested in learning about permaculture, consuming toxin-free and hormone-free food, and discovering ways to preserve these foods, as well as creating things with various materials such as clay, concrete, wood, and glass in the workshop, and even learning basket weaving, I would be delighted to host you and let you experience the culture and hospitality of Cyprus.
I am living in a beautiful two-story house in the nearest village, 3 km away. I have two extra rooms, each with two single beds, and can accommodate a total of four people. If you prefer, you can also stay in the geodesic structures on the land, without electricity.
I am seeking your help in tasks like environmental landscaping, planting, building chicken and rabbit coops, and interior design of the geodesic structures.
Our work hours will be limited to a maximum of 25 hours per week, leaving us ample time to enjoy the unspoiled bays of Cyprus or explore its historical sites. Our meals will mostly consist of fresh vegetables and fruits grown on-site, making it predominantly vegetarian.
