We found this piece of land where clock runs differently. Where difficulties give us strength...
We arrived here in 2014 and since then we've been working on upgrading the infrastructure, building our cabins, starting an organic garden with the permaculture fundamentals and learning from the land. Since the beginning things are happening naturally and we are focused on respecting nature and sustainably integrating architecture, art, photography, gastronomy we want to be able to broaden and exchange our experiences and knowledge.
We are a family of 4 and we live here with 3 other full time team and we also count with the help of locals as well. However due to the low number of inhabitants, collaborators are not always dependable.
We are looking for:
We currently need help with organic vegetable gardens, flower gardens, construction, maintenance, and team cooking. We ask for a 4 our 6-week commitment. Also be aware that the work here can be physically demanding therefore not suitable for people with back problems, injuries, or any serious medical issues.

We require a minimum of 4-week commitment. We ask all our volunteers to commit to staying for this period as we feel it takes this amount of time to fully integrate into this environment and for us all to have the best possible exchange experience.
Your stay can be longer than the 6 weeks if by mutual agreement and depending on our mutual experience and on the degree to which initiative, quality of help and commitment has been demonstrated.

Please inquire about your options of quarantine.
Depending on the time of the year we have 2 types of accommodation for our volunteers:
You can either be sharing a beautiful and modern home (Cordillera) with 2 other collaborators. (see pictures bellow!)
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you will have to share a bathroom, pallet heater, hot showers, beautiful views, a deck and easy access to the road and trails, it counts with a full kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast (basics provided like bread, milk, coffee, tea etc...) lunch is served at our home in communal style where we will have time to share a meal and stories. Unless you prefere to eat on your own the shared word is respect. Dinner, you can cook at the guesthouse (a full gourmet-communal-kitchen), although if not occupied with guests.
All volunteers are provided with 3 meals to prep and in addition you can have lunch with us!
Ah and high speed internet!
Second Housing option
You will be in a guest cabin in the woods with lake view sharing a bathroom, set up with 2 single beds for friends share or a full bed for couples, and a tiny kitchen for small easy prep meals. (no heavy cooking will be allowed at this cabin).
If you think you would like more privacy, we recommend you bring your own tent (ground sheet, etc) as camping is available near the entrance. Even if you bring your own tent, you will still always have a bed available.
Although we have many commodities, we practice mindful living respecting the environment and future generations. We spend most of our time outdoors and disconnected from the habitual city life.
A washing machine and hand wash buckets are available.
We have weekly drives to town where you can pick up anything extra you may need!
As we are opening our home to you, we want to receive volunteers who have a commitment to a healthy and holistic approach to life and who truly appreciate the beauty of nature.
We have our children living with us and want to set example of healthy living, therefore we have zero tolerance for:
- Alcohol abuse (socially is ok)
- Poor timekeeping
- Wastage as in the misuse/neglect of our property and littering (we value and preserve all that is here)
- Excessive noise and behavior (let's enjoy the sounds of nature and the tranquility of this sanctuary)
This is fundamental to us and we are committed to our policies. We reserve the right to ask you to leave should you have difficulties in aligning with our policies.
