This is an accommodation and meals position, no pay is offered.
We are 2 motivated Seniors who enjoy meeting new people. We live on Vancouver Island, in a small urban village. We live amongst the wildlife, elk and deer are seen almost daily,
We need to ensure that all Workawayers have the correct visas and insurance. -

We live in Youbou, (pronounced Ubow) a very small place just outside of Lake Cowichan. The lake is just across the road and down a trail. Lake Cowichan is 25 minutes away. There is always something happening in the area!

We recently bought a 7 acre property, with a large overgrown garden, it was obviously a beautiful spot many years ago but has been neglected for years.

Alojamiento
We offer the use of our 40 foot motorhome with full bedroom, queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with bath, shower, sink and separate toilet. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, microwave/convection oven, full size refrigerator with ice-maker.There is a Samsung Smart tv with Netflix, Prime etc. Wifi is available. We offer meals or you can make your own. We have 3 hypoallergenic dogs, 2 poodles and a Maltese, and one cat. Please no smoking of any kind in the motorhome. There is a hot tub for your use. Lake Cowichan is just across the road and down a trail. You also have the use of 2 kayaks.

PLEASE NOTE: Not a paid position. Room and board offered in 40 foot high end motorhome . We have a good Internet connection, password protected.
Vancouver Island is located 35km from Vancouver. There are BC Ferries from Vancouver to either Victoria, Duke Point or Nanaimo. Victoria is a little over an hour away, driving South. Nanaimo is about an hour away, driving North. Duncan is about 30 minutes away. -
