  We have a long term renovation in progress, are also in the process of decluttering and have a lovely fruitful garden that needs constant love and attention. Currently we would appreciate someone willing to garden, some cleaning, some handy work and/or decluttering and making the place festive.
  
  We are a small family of 3 living on 1 acre in Lawnton, Brisbane. There is plenty of space to find your happy nest inside and outside, or relaxing in the pool.
  
  Your interests and skills would determine the jobs you do - you have to be happy. We need help with the renovation (DIY), gardening, house decluttering and sale of items, house spring cleaning, cooking etc. Renovation work at present involves finishing the inside (kitchen, bathroom, walls etc) and may include natural earth or lime renders.
  
  We like to take our backpackers away to show them our beautiful part of the world, or send them on an adventure as a thank you for your help.

  Learn from skilled home renovator, to boost your skills and interests. Relax in the gardens and pool. Turn your hand to vegetable and fruit growing. Help us declutter, sell items and organise the home. If you so desire, you can become king of the kitchen. There are so many options.

  At present we would really appreciate someone willing to help prepare for a Christmas including gardening, mowing, cleaning, Christmas lights and some DIY.

  We will provide all meals and accommodation. You will have your own room in the house, with shared bathroom and toilet.
  
  Since we have an extension renovation in progress and 1 acre of land there is plenty of space for you to find your own relaxing spot in the day, if desired.

  During December a lot of Australian houses will be decorated with fantastic and often amazing Christmas decorations and lights. It is always fun to explore the local displays in the evenings.
  
  At some time during your stay we will take you or send you on an adventure to a beautiful part of our world. There are so many options.
  
  Moreton Island and Stradbroke Island are easily accessible from here. We live in a river bend so fishing is an option if you desire. Trains and buses are easily accessible if you want trips into the city. Easily accessible by car is the Sunshine Coast with quaint villages in the mountains, seaside townships, Australia Zoo etc.
