  My name is Juan Manuel, I am 61 years old, in the past, I was a TV producer for 30 years and now I am passionate about sustainable living, and I have inherited the property of my family, it was a laboratory and its annexes, founded by my grandfather in 1940. It is located on a piece of land surrounded by granite and built with it (extracted on-site). It has been abandoned for many years and I have rehabilitated the main house with two floors. I live on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and two other large rooms, this ground floor would serve to accommodate the volunteers who came to this call.
  
  The property is located in the urban center of Trujillo, Extremadura, Spain; a small, very well preserved medieval town next to the Monfragüe National Park, where species survive, especially a great variety of endangered birds.
  
  It has permanent wifi and a large space outside the house but inside the property.

  The benefits that the travelers will obtain are fundamentally those derived from the experience that supposes developing a unique architectonic ecological project, it is like having a blank canvas for a painter.
  I live only on the upper floor of the main house and the lower floor has a very large bedroom, its own bathroom and two rooms to install work/leisure spaces; so the atmosphere of the house is very quiet, very welcoming; good and healthy food; cinema in the original version (Netflix) in the evenings; 15,000 square meters of its own to be without a mask; a small medieval town charming, a region full of nature in its pure state.
  The flexibility is total, that is, they could work wherever, whenever, and however they want.

  I welcome help to refurbish most of the property: cleaning, masonry, carpentry, electricity, painting, gardening, creating a vegetable garden...etc.

  In your free time, you can visit the city on foot, it is a small medieval city with an imposing castle, a lot of medieval palaces that were the houses of the main discoverers of America, big churches and other medieval constructions; the city is surrounded by a granite "belt" with its watchtowers, prehistoric caves...etc. You can also visit the region of virgin nature, by car. Madrid, is three hours away by bus and Lisbon (Portugal) is five hours away by bus.
  Half an hour away is Cáceres, the capital of the province, with an intense cultural activity: concerts, theatre, and other public shows.

  I have a ground floor in a two-story house, the floor has a large bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom, and two empty rooms to configure as needed. It has a front door to go out to the street and a back door to go out to the garden, where there is a big table with five chairs and a small swimming pool for children. The internet connection is permanent 25 GB
