  Recent single father, I am French living with Marlene, my 7y old daughter (half French half Hong Kongese) and Elsa, our 6 months lovely female dog, in our house in Koh Samui in the middle of nature. We moved here in summer 2022 from Hong Kong. I have been working in finance and run my own business (French Roast Chicken Takeaway) in Hong Kong for almost 10 years.

  I have been living in Asia for 18 years now: 3y in Tokyo, 13 years in Hong Kong and now 2 years in Thailand. I love travelling and am more than happy to share my different experiences and network.

  Marlene and myself will be spending holiday in Europe from 4th July until 23rd July.
  We are looking for someone (or couple) to stay in the stufio downstairs our house (you get your own private terrace and swimming pool since we wont be here). We only need to take care of Elsa, our dog, feeding her once a day, make sure she got water and taking her to walk a bit outside from time to time...
  She is a very well behaving dog, very friendly with both adults and kids.
  Check in can be any day before 3rd of July (so we can show you the house, garden, answer your questions and let Elsa getting used to you).
  But check out should be on 23rd July when we come back because I have some friends visiting Samui at this period and I would like to host them in the Studio downstairs.

  I did start learning Thai but would like to practice more to get more confident to speak basics. I understand most of workaway travelers are coming from abroad, but you never know! :o)

  Our house is located in a very quiet area in Lamai and has an independant studio downstairs with kitchen, washing machine and its own terrace. You can use our own swimming pool too.

  We suggest travelers in Samui to rent their own scooter (around 300 baht / day) to be able to visit the whole island easily. There are plenty of different places to enjoy, either seaside or jungle/mountains.

  Yes, house is connected with fiber Internet (like all places here in Samui).

  We love animals and dont see any reason to refuse any of them. Obviously we expect the pets to not damage our property ;o)
