Descripción
Hola! We are a family of 6 with four children aged 15,6,5 and 3. We recently spent about 2 years traveling after leaving the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawai'i in the United States. We live most of the year in a tiny beach town 6.5 hours outside of Panama City, Panama. The other months of the year we are based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Darnell is a retired veteran and Summer is a traveling birth worker. Our kids are very active and enjoy the freedom of unrestricted outdoor play. Our children are going to be in school during the day and in the evenings, they attend activities like Jiu-Jitsu, swimming in the pool/ocean, and playing with friends until the sun goes down. We remain active and value quality time with friends outdoors.
Due to midwifery school and my current position with the state of Texas, I (Summer) will be staying in Texas and my husband Darnell and 4 children will be in Panama City beginning August. We are looking for a workaway that will take on cleaning and cooking as their main tasks.

There is so much to explore in Panama! A bus ticket very economically priced (a bus ride from Panama City to Playa Venao is ~$15) if you desire to travel around the country before or after your stay with us. There are also small planes that fly around the country for a fee. Many historical options in Panama City as well (Casco Viejo, Panama Canal of course, etc.)

There are many museums to visit and historical sites to see that can be accessed by public transportation, there is a bus stop within a few minutes walking distance with stops all over the country.
