Descripción
We run a small family run hostel which also offers sea kayaking, snorkelling & surfing to tourists. Our hostel is situated in a small village called Castlebay and is situated overlooking the sea. We can accommodate 16 people in the hostel and we also have a lodge for sea kayakers' which sleeps 8 people.
We are looking for a couple to come and work with us in helping to clean the hostel, meet and greet guests and be part of our family business.

You will get the experience of going to traditional Scottish celidh's , exploring stunning beaches and coastlines, cycling trips round our beautiful island which is 14 miles round. You will meet many different nationalities in our hostel and also have a unique experience of living on a small Scottish island situated on the west coast of Scotland.
We live on a very small island which is steeped with culture and there are many ample opportunities for all our workawayers to get immersed into the local culture. We have dances and ceilidhs and music on a regular basis at places in our local village and we take along any workawayers to these events and introduce them to local culture.El anfitrión ofrece una paga acorde al salario mínimo

From March 2025- we are looking for people who are happy to clean our hostel which includes bed making, cleaning toilets and kitchen's & sweeping and mopping as well as meeting & greeting guests.
We pay minimum wage and this post is suitable for a couple.

From March 2025 - You will be given your own accommodation which is a log cabin in our garden which sleeps 2 people and has a small kitchen area for cooking. This cabin is located in our garden and is a 1 minute walk to the hostel where you can access toilet and shower facilities.

You will have time to explore our beautiful island which is surrounded by stunning beaches and remote coastline. There is time to walk, cycle, fish, kayak and also visit our ancient monuments on the island.
