… read more muitas coisas e está disponível para ensinar. Ele também é muito criativo, ágil e não para. A Francesca virou uma irmã pra mim. Ela foi tão querida comigo o tempo todo. Sempre me levando pra sair quando era possível. Conheci suas amigas e gostei muito delas. Francesca tem uma energia leve, bonita, gosta de tudo arrumado e tudo muito bonito, ela tem muito bom gosto para decoração. A comida dela é maravilhosa, acho que engordei. A Clara é linda, divertida e faminta rsrs. Adorei fazer lição de casa com ela. O trabalho era puxado por conta do verão que está chegando e a preparação dos ambientes. Mas foi tranquilo, eles sempre respeitaram muito o meu tempo e momento. Fiz trabalhos que eu amo, como pintar muros e pareder e ajudar no mosaico de uma área muito especial que o Gianpaolo criou. Ah não posso esquecer de Lisa, Dark, Gin, Lupen e Quaqua. Recomendo muito esse workaway se você tiver uma energia boa, quiser contato com pessoas interessantes e adorar a natureza. O lugar é encantador!!! Já estou com muita saudade de vocês! Até breve! ❤️

I had a great two and a half weeks with Francesca, Giampaolo and Clara at their family property. They invited me to essentially be part of the family, and took me along to a few different gatherings of friends and family. The only real challenge was my lack of understanding/speaking Italian but Google Translate made things relatively

There were and remain a TON of projects they want to complete and, unfortunately, due to some circumstances out of their control we were not able to complete a few that we had discussed. While there I helped with some miscellaneous cleaning/chores around the house - such as cleaning out Lisa's (the horse) pen multiple times - basically daily. A few more "project" type activities were planting trees in an area they're creating a managed forest, painting a room in the house, and filling in some concrete in the entry yard.
All in all I would **highly recommend** the experience to any Workawayers who are willing to help Francesca and Giampaolo with a variety of tasks and projects while experiencing a small town, tourist destination in southern Italy. (note I was there after peak tourist season, but I understand from about May into early September is very touristy)

I had two wonderful weeks in November with Francesca, Giampaolo and Clara. Even though we communicated a lot with the google translate app (I don't speak Italien), we managed quite well. Olivia and I spent two weeks here in January; it was an experience we will never forget. Francesca and Giampoalo welcomed us like family members. … read more work was satisfying. We did a lot of clearing land and tidying up around the property. Francesca is a very talented artist, chef, and hairdresser. She is extremely generous and fun. Giampoalo is a very hard worker, has a great vision for the property and is very fun too! Their 5 year old daughter Clara is the sweetest!!! We enjoyed lots of karaoke with them after meals, wine or beer in hand. I will not hesitate to return to see them if I get the chance. The work was varied, cleaning pony's shit, cleaning bushes, filling a wall's gaps with putty, general maintenance... And I didn't have problems to talk with Giampaolo if I was tired or whatever!
When I got there, there were Ian and Olivia, other workawayers, and all of us we had a great time, I'll be always thankful for that! 😉
At the beginning, as it rained, the shower wasn't hot enough for me, because the hot water works with a solar panel, but later the sun warmed the water and I had wonderful showers haha
