I needed help in the house and garden and Annie came up trumps! Being organised, experienced and extremely knowledgeable, she was confident and very thorough with whatever she did. She worked extremely hard. It was easy to entertain her and she was good company at home and on trips out. I think we have formed a firm friendship and look forward to

Ros was a wonderful host and friend! I stayed with Ros for a week. The place is a nice little English village with beautiful thatched houses. My room was fine! I worked in the garden and did some jobs in the house. Ros is a wonderful hostess, very kind and a good cook. We had all meals together. She was very helpful giving me advice about the
… read more local area. I visited the lovely town of Stockbridge and Romsey is not far. Together we went to the New Art Centre, which is a beautiful garden with wonderful art works.

Rosalind was more than a French teacher for me, because I felt like leaving with a friend!
I had French exam to pass that was my first reason to go to France and finally I pass the exam!

Sometimes in life there are random people or events which happen out of the blue and enrich your life beyond belief... I so enjoyed Joan's visit to me from Catalonia! Roz was a great, generous, amiable host who welcomed me with open arms. She was very helpful with my ambitions to improve my french, took me to a traditional festivity close to her village, introduced me to her friends and offered a huge room and comfy bed during my stay. She is a briliant cook - I'm sure I gained a lot of weight in those six days

Ros was very welcoming and very helpful with French language practice. The food was delicious as well. Le Busseau is a lovely little village with an excellent boulangerie and it isn't far by bus from Niort.
