  `Rural Development Project is a complex architectural, cultural, of interactive activities system and context in which children, youths, participants and adults receive practices, knowledges, methodology, skills, attitudes so they can create a sustainable and ecological community and life style. This is a community project initiated by an NGO with aim inclusion, sustainable lifestyle and bringing culture into rural disadvantaged areas- ask us for the links if you want to find out more
  
  What we have on the farm, eggs, vegetables, herbs are only for our own consumption and we don't sell it to the public.

  • Participants will have the chance to actualy see a growing community, because they will be part in the construction phase and they can observe how constructions take place,

  • besides the mandatory trainings , will organize Romanian language classes, traditional and cultural knowledges
  • also volunteers will can take part in our workshops and activities (theatre classes, artistic classes, fashion design, gardening, feeding the animals on the farms, cinematography, and others) it`s optional

  1. Digital media – creator/influencer
  - Photos, blog articles, posts, content about the farm, description of a specific topic (art, culture, festival, anything related to the farm or the Theater Experiment), generate traffic and increase the involvement of digital people on our page, by commenting , likes
  - Presentation of our activity
  
  2. Digital marketing
  - Promotional marketing strategy, posts on every account, use hashtags, write texts, make content about the festival, make contacts with possible artists, collaborators
  - Dissemination of results
  
  3. Restoration of old objects
  - Repair, restoration of an art object, work, old object, artistic installations: plastic arts, painting, sculpture, video, object installations
  
  4. Festival space conversion
  - Reorganization of the space where the next festival will take place (GTCI or RM), cleaning, organization of festival departments, practical tasks
  
  5. Permaculture - green house
  - Practical activity of planting and cultivating plants, fruits and vegetables for own consumption

  Alojamiento

  The accomodation will be in an activity centre which is like a small neighbourhood. The centre has 5 wooden houses, three rooms each, a bathroom and small kitchen, an activity room, a proffesional kitchen, a main house with two rooms, bathroom and a common space, a terrace and a big yard. The location is near a forest, on a hill, we are surounded by nature and we don„t have close neighbours. We have also a green house where we grow our own vegetables and also a farm with a horse, cows, chicken, ducks and dogs.
  Every participant will prepare the food for themselve and from time to time we eat together.
  
  We offer the opportunity to be part of the volunteering project financed by the European Union where the volunteers will receive pocket money, food money and full accomodation. You can apply here to be selected for this program called European Solidarity Corps. We have free places.

  The nearest city is at 25 km and it s a very beautiful city, Oradea. At 15 km is a very known thermal water holiday resort Baile Felix. At around 50 km there are Apuseni mountains with hiking tracks and beautiful surroundings.
