We had a wonderful time with Jaynie and her entire family. It was never boring, and there was always something to laugh about. The work was enjoyable and varied, and the breathtaking view will stay with us forever. From the very beginning, we felt right at home – and we would come back anytime!
Josie and Ak, what wonderful young women they are. Our experience with them was better than i even expected. They both worked so well without ever having to be micro managed. They will laugh at that!
We all spent Christmas together and the children loved them so much that they ask when are they coming back.

We had a wonderful time with Jaynie and her family! We were welcomed with open arms and felt right at home. The accommodation in the converted camper bus was cool and cozy, the food was great and the atmosphere with Jaynie, David, Schai, Adam and the five children was always pleasant. We always had dinner together and laughed a lot together.
Our
… read more tasks consisted mainly of gardening, painting the house and childcare. The working hours were very flexible and adapted to our wishes.
We also got to spend Christmas with the family, which was a very special experience for us.

Loved my stay with Jaynie and her family!!
Janiye, her husband, her daughter and her daughters children are super lovely!! Loved spending time with kids to play some board games, jumping on the trampolines and teach them some German words. Got some advice for things to do and places to go from. Jaynie, David and Schai.
The tasks around the

Joseph and Clare are wonderful people who came to us with much enthusiasm and an amazing work ethic. They are a lovely young couple and we thoroughly enjoyed their company. They loved the kids and animals. We are just so grateful for all that they have done. We hope they come back soon.

We had such an amazing time with Jaynie, David and their family. We arrived in Australia and went straight there. They (and the dogs) welcomed us into their home and got us settled into the Australian lifestyle. … read more roof, (although this wasn't what we set out to do but in the end it was the easiest option), weeding, sweeping and a clean up of the patio.
The accommodation is in the bus, but it's great, the bed is really comfy and the water is hot!
Portarlington is a cute small town that you can walk to, there is also a regular bus service right from the end of the road should you need it.

Morena is a very compassionate person who encourages and supports everyone. Her time with us felt as though she was family. Our 3 year old loved her and she was brilliant with him. Most of her time with us was spent looking after him and helping us with the children. We loved our time with her.

We mainly have fun with them around the pool , at the carnival, during New Eve and we clearly enjoy the delicious meals prepared by Jaynie. My first Workaway experience in Jaynie's place was totally amazing!!

… read more caravan that I stayed is very lovely and comfortable, it has everything in it and allows me to have private time.
All the member of Jaynie's family is so friendly and welcoming, I'm feeling very warm and relaxed to be at home all the time! In particular, I really enjoyed spending time with five kids there! They are soooooo lovely, charming and curious about many things! ( and sometimes demanding for playing together! haha)
Tasks and working hours are so flexible, so I really enjoyed several kinds of work! (weeding, snipping, painting and so on..)

Fenne and Krijn, Made our first time hosting a wonderful experience.
They were easy to communicate with exceptional with the children and very understanding about our family dynamics.
They worked hard in their tasks and completed all that we asked. I wish them well on their next adventure.

We really enjoyed our Workaway experience at the Powel family's farm :) we were welcomed into their lovely family with open arms and enjoyed their company, that of the kids and the dogs. We would eat breakfast and lunch in the house and would enjoy family dinner with everyone in the evenings. (Jaynie is an amazing cook!)
The jobs were varied
… read more which was nice and not too challenging (painting, weeding, clearing, planting). The hours were also flexible. You could move around your hours so that you could plan out your free days. for example we would do three days of work in two days so that we could take an extra day off next to our weekend.
You'll be staying in bus that's been reconstructed into a caravan, giving you your own space away from the house if needed. The bed was so comfortable!
The location of the Workaway is perfect too. you're located on the Bellarine peninsula next to Portarlington , only a 1,5 hour ride to Melbourne.
