Descripción
Born in Buenos, Aires, educated in Jerusalem and France.
Been traveling, couchsurfing, and workawaying before couchsurfing and workaway were a thing.
Never lived more than 3 years in a city, with exception of Dubai, where I have been for 26 years and is home now, along my new home in Bruno, Province of Asti, Italy, where I am slowly moving into.
Reflecting on my Dubai years, Dubai has changed and renewed itself under my feet daily, providing me with my need for constant change.
Just to clarify to those who dont understand how could I live here for so long, Dubai and the UAE is not what the media portray. There is a lot more to Dubai and the Emirates than expensive hotels and glamorous restaurants. Dubai has awesome outdoor activities (during our winter months) including rock climbing, mountain biking, downhill biking, sailing, kitesurfing, and anything in between.
I love that, and I am pretty much out there several times a week doing the most out of it.
Then, you have the old neighbourhoods where you can eat the most amanzing ethnic and street food ever, for just a few coins.
I am passionate about food, the outdoors and architecture. And Dubai has ticked all the boxes.
But when talking about the great outdoors, i am fascinated by mountains. Size doesnt matter, but the rougher the better. And I love the sea too
So when looking at my future home, north of Italy came straight to mind.
And specially its wine regions.
So, after a lot of search, I found this old "cascina", fell in love with its little tower and decided to buy and renovate it and make the place where to reunite all my friends and family every holiday and beyond.
A short description:
10 acres of land on top of a hill and the slopes around, vineyards, lavander fields, and oak and acacia forests, a main 4 bedroom home and a few cottages spread around. (1 finshed, another 3 under construction) plus 3 flats on the village of Bruno itself.
There is AC where needed for the summer and fireplaces all over for the winter.
I am not gonna say that the place is pure magic, but it is.
And it needs as many pairs of hands as possible to finish off the 3 cottages and tend to the lavander and vineyard.
I have a few bikes that you can use to go around, within the property or beyond.
There are no supermarkets or cafes in the village and the closest village with amenities is 3 kms away, so, while you can move around the village on a bike, (I'll give you one), you need your own transport to go to the supermarket 8 kms away. (Unless you feel like pedalling up and down hills with your groceries)
I am bi/gay, pescatarian and my home is the opposite of OCD.
I am in a loving, committed relationship and my BF travels with me whenever he can.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

People tell me I should turn into a professional life coach, which I would hate to do profesionally, but I am sure we can enrich each other just by talking hours on, after a meal.
I also cook and can teach you a few tricks.
Meditation and gong meditation is something I do regularly at home and you are welcome to join.
Would also be happy if you would join me pedalling through all the vineyards in the area to learn about grape varieties, wines and processes, while tasting local wines and food.Ayuda
DYI plastering, painting, tiling, plumbing,
Any help is welcomed really.
There is painting to be done, cleaning, gardening, and farming work (no animals), cleaning the forests, and also work in small building projects, carpentry and welding. So it is pretty much what you feel comfortable with.Idiomas

Pretty much your choice when you arrive.
You can stay in one of the flats in the village that would give you total privacy, or in a room in the main house.
Whichever the case, you will have your own private bathroom, with clean linen and all the amenities.
For food, you are more than welcome to join me when I cook.
I will also make sure you have all the basics possible in the fridge so you can cook by yourself when I am not around.Algo más...
