  We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kayak Guide (Preferable Sea) to join our team for the full summer season on the beautiful island of Gozo, Malta.
  
  This is a full-time (part time) hands-on role guiding sea kayaking trips along Gozo’s stunning coastline, caves, and crystal-clear waters in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.
  
  What We’re Looking For
  • Sea kayak guide with paddling skills
  • Ready to guide and manage groups
  • Safety-focused with local awareness or willingness to learn
  • Friendly, reliable, and confident working with international guests
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Relevant guiding, safety, or instructor certifications are an advantage
  * Driving license would be an advantage and be happy to drive vehicles with trailers

  📍 Gozo, Malta – warm climate, turquoise waters, dramatic coastline, hidden caves and an outstanding paddling environment.
  
  If you’re a motivated sea kayak guide looking for a rewarding season in an exceptional location, we’d love to hear from you.
  
  • Season April/May till October (minimum 6 months)
  • Include if you have any certifications (BCU3 Paddlesports Leader, BCU4, ACA Level 2, EPP, etc.)
