  Hi there :)
  I am Mihaela (40), owner of a beautiful 5,000 sqm country house in Movilita village, in Dobrogea, on the Black Sea coast. I have been living abroad with my family for 12 years, in Dubai, Italy, Germany, and recently returned back home. During our time abroad, our house and large garden haven't been properly attended and now need some good effort to reinstate their former beauty. I thank you for your interest in our place and welcome you discover our story and rich Dobrogea.

  Our country house is located in the village Movilita, in Dobrogea, on the Black Sea coast. Dobrogea holds a great historical and cultural heritage:
  The ruins of the ancient town of Tomis (now Constanta) - its precinct wall, aqueducts, underground galleries, basilica, painted crypt and Roman amphitheatre
  The ruins of the ancient Greek town of Callatis - the defense wall, the Christian basilica, the early medieval settlement in Mangalia
  Histria (founded in 657 BC), the oldest Greek settlement in Romania
  The beach resorts on the Black Sea coast: Mamaia, Neptun-Olimp, Eforie Nord, Costinesti, Mangalia
  The underground limestone complex and the church in chalk at Basarabi
  The curative mud baths on the shores of Lake Techirghiol in Eforie Nord
  Bird watching in the Danube Delta, the realm of over 300 bird species, including the largest pelican colonies
  Danube Delta tours by boat with local fishermen
  The traditional fishing villages in the Danube Delta, such as Sfantu Gheorghe, Mila 23 , Crisan, Jurilovca and Letea
  Wine-tasting tours of the Murfatlar vineyard where some of Romania's best dessert wines are produced

  Looking for help mainly with gardening at our 5,000 sqm country house plot, which hasn't been properly attended for the last years while we were abroad. The plot consists of an orchard, canopy vines, flower garden, a small greenhouse and planning a small vegetable garden, all in bad shape now. General maintenance of the alleys, canopy support is also required.

  Our country house is a 200sqm mansion, with a livingroom, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms at the groundfloor and an improvised art atelier in the attic. You'll be staying in a private bedroom, 15sqm, with queen size bed.
  Since you'll be staying in our home as a guest, sharing the space with us, you are expected to respect the house rule: no smoking in the house.

  There is public transport available, connecting Movilita to Constanta, one of the largest cities in Romania and ancient port city (30 min drive). Our house is 10-15 min drive to the beach. 7 min drive to Techirghiol, the famous mud baths. As mentioned above, lots of historical and cultural sites.
  Dobrogea is also home to the Danube Delta, a 2,200-square-mile wildlife reserve designated by UNESCO as a "Reservation of the Biosphere;" From the port city of Tulcea, day cruises through the Delta's waterways give travelers a glimpse of the abundant wildlife and the traditional fishing villages. Floating reed islands, sand dunes and waterways offer shelter to over 300 species of birds, countless fish and 1,150 species of plants.
