Descripción
Welcome Workawayers,
I am Tsenddavaa, owner of a small tour camp. This nomadic culture centre is located in the most beautiful part of Northern Mongolia, in the village of Khatgal. From here it is only a few steps to Lake Khuvsgul, where I like to take a walk in the morning and enjoy the unique nature of Mongolia.
I would like to create an unforgettable experience for my guests with a range of different tours and atmospheric accommodation. Interaction with travellers and the village community, especially the local women, is important to me. For this I need your help! :) You can help me to constantly improve my camp and my business and I can introduce you to my country and the way of life here. I look forward to getting to know you and exchanging ideas.

Intercambio cultural y oportunidades de aprendizaje
Depending on your interests and how long you would like to stay here, there are many opportunities for cultural exchange. You will definitely get to know the village and its inhabitants, especially my friends and the helpers in the camp. There is traditional Mongolian food every day, which you can also learn to cook. And we can go for walks and day trips in the breathtaking countryside around us. If you have any questions or requests, I am open to your suggestions.
If you like horse riding, I can offer you a short adventure on horseback. We might be able to visit a nomadic family and do so much more. I look forward to spending time with you and hope you can soon feel at home here and as a part of the family.

Ayuda
There is always a lot to do in the camp, especially in spring, summer and autumn.
Manual skills are always needed here, mainly carpentry but I am also looking for hard-working hands and creative minds for other tasks.
In the spring, I mostly need helping cleaning up and making repairs around the camp in preparation for the tourism season. In summer, I need help hosting guests. This could include picking them up from Murun, help with daily activities like cooking and keeping the camp tidy.
Even in winter I organize special events for travel groups or extreme sports enthusiasts on the frozen lake where I could use your help. Staying on the ice is a really unique and unforgettable experience. The weather is very cold but dry and I can give you advice on what clothes and equipment to bring.
Do you like cooking, do you have ideas for interior design or are you looking for cultural exchange with locals and travelers? Then you've found the right place.
I offer 3 meals per day and accommodation. There are also some food shops and a cafe within walking distance of the camp if you would like to enjoy your own snacks or drinks.
Tell me about your experience, goals and skills and we can find the right job for you.

Alojamiento
Depending on whether and how many guests are currently staying at the camp, you can choose whether you want to sleep in a traditional ger or a wooden cabin. If there are many workawayers at the camp at the same time, you may have to share accommodation. Heating is provided by wood-burning stoves, toilets and showers are outside. There is wifi and a cosy chill-out area in the main building. The camp has plenty of space for outdoor activities such as sports, relaxation or campfires.

Algo más...
You can take a bus from Ulaanbaatar to Murun, which leaves a few times a day. It is possible to take a night bus if you want. The bus takes around 12-14 hours. When you arrive in Murun, you can take a shared taxi or I can send someone to pick you up. The journey from Murun to Khatgal is around 1.5 hours.
I am often away on tours with my guests in very rural areas and do not always have access to internet. Please forgive me if I am slow to reply to your message. I will get back to you as soon as I can!
