I live in Izu peninsula in Tokai area. My house is located on the mountain and have a beautiful ocean view. I have a veggie garden and many kind of fruit trees. I do management of the cottage next to my house. Surrounded by forest and very peaceful country side.
I have 2 cats.

Sam & Chloe are very nice couple and have responsible.
They helped a lot during our one of busiest period (Golden Week) in camp site.
Also they helped weeding, washed dishes,crean the house, take care of chickens and cats.
Sam cooked very yummy food many times and Chloe gave us nice drowing.
And I'm grad to see that they are happy to take a walk… read more

Rumi and Ken were fantastic hosts and staying with them on Izu was our favorite part of our time in Japan. We were so busy during they stayed in my house but we had very rich & relax time with them.
They are very kind, polite and have big heart.

We stayed with Rumi Son and Ken Son for 3 weeks and had an absolutely wonderful time.
They are both lovely, kind and generous.
Their house is in a beautiful setting on the mountains and surrounded by Forests.

The host provides open and family like atmosphere. Perfect destination to experience real countryside of Japan. The paths of forests, great ocean view, especially amazing owner-built house has authentic Japanese elements with modern taste and must experience great wooden bathtub and yummy food. Rumi and Kenichi surely have good taste for life.

Justine is the first workawayer who speaks American English.
So sometimes speaking is too first for me, but she could speak Japanese and is eager to learn it.
She had stayed here for only 2 weeks, I wish she could have great experience in her rest of trip in Japan.
