We had the privilege of hosting Adam Jarman as au pair in our family from June 16th , 2023 until September 9th, 2023 .
Flexibility, a positive attitude and punctuality well describe his character. His good mood was contagious.
His primary responsibilities included caring for two children, Filippo (9 years old) and Emanuele (7 years old). Tasks
… read more included playing with them, teaching them new games and proper English usage. Additionally, he handled transportation to and from summer camp activities and cooking – very well - when needed.
Adam also had the opportunity to spend quality time with the children and my mother, which resulted in a strong connection. We particularly appreciated his commitment and enthusiasm towards our family and Italy as a whole. His cheerful character and educated manners made Adam an ideal person to work with.
For these reasons, we wish Adam all best for his future endeavours and highly recommend him for any future opportunities he shall choose to pursue.

Alberica and Giorgio have given me the best workaway experience! I was lucky enough to come during the summertime when they traveled the most and got the chance to see so much of Italy. I was able to meet so many of their friends and family and they were all so kind and welcoming to me. As for the kids, they were wonderful a majority of the time.
… read more Like with any kids we had our struggles especially at the beginning when they were warming up to me but after we got comfortable with each other they became the sweetest children. Fillipo (age 9) is such a sweet and sensitive boy who once he is comfortable with you opens up his heart and becomes your best friend. Fillipo and I had many great conversations in English and I feel he grew so much in the three months I was here. Emanuele (age 7) is the most imaginative and brilliant kid. Games with him were always fun, exciting, and I never knew which turn it was going to take, overall had the most amazing time being around these kids. I have such a great love for this family and am so grateful for this amazing opportunity they gave me here in Italy.

We had the privilege to host Johanne Mazzoli as au pair in our family from November 15th , 2022 till June 16th , 2023 a pretty long time throughout which we had the opportunity to appreciate her commitment, dedication and care in her role as au pair and child keeper.
Her main duties were mainly related to child care of two, Filippo aged 8 years
… read more of old and Emanuele 6 years old and included picking them up from school and accompany them to afterschool sports and other activities, entertaining them, as well as cooking, tiding their room and house-works.
As she arrived, she demonstrated to be a grown up and responsible person despite her very young age. She immediately took full control of her tasks and responsibilities in an organized and good hearted manner. Through the time she build a friendly and trustful relationship with both the kids and my parents too.
Her presence and support have been of incredible value to our family as she is always smiling, precise and patience. These qualities will undoubtedly shine through in any future endeavours she chooses to pursue.

I stayed with this family for 7 months and would highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for a great cultural exchange and aupairing experience. Even before my arrival the hosts were great at answering my questions and putting me in contact with the previous aupair so I could first handedly hear about the experience. The family consists
… read more of four amazing individuals, whereas the two kids of 8 and 9 undoubtedly will win you over being their charming energetic selves. The parents made me feel very welcome and took interest in getting to know me. They would often recommend me activities in the local area that aligned with my interests, or even offer to go together. I was also lucky enough to come with them skiing in the alps and got several offers to come with them to Florence or their lake house north from Milan. The home itself is a lovely apartment in the city center which makes getting around and being social very easy. The workload was also very feasible, with the family rarely asking me to work extra hours, and if so always checking and working around my schedule.
