  Right Now MUSTLY LOOKING FOR-Video/Photographer that help us recording and editing videos. We have camara, microphone, green screen studio and a good computer for edition BUT its useful if you bring more camaras, micro´s or anything else

  We are one of the oldest Boutique Hotels in Town,
  We run a little family business of 16 rooms (currently 8 for the Covid Pandemic)
  in the heart of the Valley.
  
  We are working hard to become more self sufficient as we continue growing and we want to
  project a more vivid peaceful feeling so we adecuated a room to recieve volunteers.
  
  We are looking for people to help us in different kinds of tasks:
  
  -----SPECIALLY Looking for volunteers with recording equipment (camera and laptop)(we have in case you really know how to use it and want to use ours) that help us recording and editing photos a video for a youtube channel about human development.
  
  
  --Creative: Any Social Media, Content Manager Creator, film maker (we have a Youtube Channel (now 300,000 Views about human development and a studio so some help will be ghelpful) that can help us to create and move good content (video, multimedia, photos, Blogging, etc.) is helpful (and if you help us to make some money you'll get your part of it)
  
  --Artistic: We have some big walls that would look great covered in colors. If you are an artist looking forward traveling and painting you may leave your trace with some mural. We would love to see your portafolio and get you some paint so you can do your magic.
  
  --Operative: For people looking forward a longer stay we opened a space for people that may help us in the operation. It could be both helping the manager out in the weekly tasks or taking in recepttion, kitchen, etc.
  
  -Gardening: We are on the road to creating an almust self sufficient eco-farm (thats our way of thinking about being revolutonary) so any farming Skills will be great to help us harvest some life.
  -Farming and Building: If you have woodworking Building Skills You may help us to buils some places for our eco-farm. Here we look for people who may give us some ideas, get the material (we get it) and build it.
  -General Help and Maintainence: that... as it may be painting, helping to repair something, building, cleaning, gardening, etc.
  -
  --JOB Offers: Depending on the work you do you can be offered to stay for a long term volunteering (or at least as full time worker some days) we offer some financial support that may vary and may include tips, also you may get some extra cash selling anything you have to sell or giving any therapy you are willing to give.
  The Paid job depend on the skills of each person, the time you'll be staying and your preferences but its around $120.oo MXN a day (may be more depending in which area you are supporting)
  
  We also provide some food and a kitchen space.

  Tepoztlan is one of the must important cultural centers of Mexico. From one side you'll have the oportunitty to hike inumerable mountains, to see different species of plants and animals and to become a "local" learning and buy groceries from the craft-market, going to the ruins and temples.
  
  So in a certain way you'll be able to contact we prehispanic cultures and at the same time we are just in the middle of 2 cultural centers, the first ecological library of Mexico, which has dialy activities, a beautiful spot to read and meditate and also we are besided by Bosque Meztitla, another cultural center which have cafeteria, bookstore, shops and is in a beautiful place by the riverside.

  Ayuda

  Right now we are searching mustly for photographers/video editors (and also some help around) to help us both with social media content BUT MUSTLY both recording and editing videos for a Youtube education project we have (Talking about neuroscience, self-development, biohacking, pranayama, Wim Hof Method (personal friend of the place) and much more. Some thing in the studio here in the hotel, some things around the mountains and forests)
  We have equipment but if you are pro, you might have something better!
  
  
  Gardening: We are slowly turning our place into an eddible permaculture grden. If you have any gardening skills and knowledge youll be welcome
  
  Maintainance: Helping us to restore the place, painting, doing signs, cleaning around.
  
  Building/Farming: Helping us Build new spaces withing
  
  
  Art: We have a lot of walls, inner and outer, and we want them colorful with murals, pieces and street art, Idead accepted.
  
  
  Digital: Social media content creators with marketing knowledge that can help us get more clients will be welcome, depending in what do you do you may get or not also payed (you may help us to organise a workshop, then youll have you part of it depending on your involvement).
  
  Bloggers: If you can help us get really good traffic you may be welcome while your skills are great
  
  FilmMakers: Here you may specially be welcome. I am a writter, youtuber TEDx Agent, Story teller, Trainer, mentor, self development stuff... with a youtube channel and a webpage.
  ---You may be really helpful recording (with your equipment OR Ours Y have a little studio here) editing ( you have to bring your computer) and uploading content to make the channel grow bigger, wider and with more public. The Main topic is Human Development (mental, personal, emotional, intelectual, evolutionary, etc.) as Taoism. So you may be Welcome to help us here with that.
  
  
  Long term stays: Depending on you skills your pay may vary but we offer a better accommodation (I mean, all of them are pretty nice) as well as a weekly payment and tips in some cases.

  TIME: Depending in the job it may vary but usually 3 to 5 hours a day, 4 days a week is the minimum requirement we have but we are open to be flexible depending the case might be more hours and less days or more days and less hours.
  
  Depending on the stay and the work you are doing meals may be included.
  For 25 hours a week we offer 1 meal after the work time and coffee on the working days, the rest of the days there will be space in the kitchen and fridge for your own ingredients so you can cook yourself without any trouble, you also will have acces to all the kitchen tools.

  A individual bed in a shared room, with kitchen and full bathroom. During the week you might stay in a private room from the hotel if possible but in weekends you can or travel away and come back on sunday OR stay in the individual bed in the shared room. Becouse the hotel rooms get full every saturday.
  
  Space in the fridge and use of the kitchen (the kitchen and the fridge are shared)
  use of the pool (during the week that we don't have guests)
  Wifi connection
  1 car slot in some cases

  We are really close to the main town in the heart of the Valley of tepoztlan, next to the river and surrounded by trees and singing birds.
  
  There is a Deer Sanctuary, a camping site, 3 mountains, 1 pyramid and basically everything is closer than 10 minutes.
  
  You can take the bus in the corner to go everywhere for $8 Mexican pesos or take a cab and do it for $40
