  Come and join Family/Community Life in Berlin and still have a calm and peaceful Place for yourself to stay in our House and Garden in your free time.
  We like to meet new people, are open minded and interested in all that connects us as Human beings. Whether we eat together, Dance or Play with the Kids, play music ; we like it lively.
  Our family are: Maro, an Artist, interessted in philosophy and Arwareness working as a Therapist for childreen. Johanne, a Dance Artist, teaching, choreographing and is doing Cultural political work.
  Bela is 9years old and enjoys inventing stuff, Playing Soccer, is learning the Piano and likes gardening. Lea is 4year old and surprises us with her Little jokes. She just enjoys Life.
  In the Weekends we like to go to theatre, music Events, markets and Community Events. From time to time we visit the Lakes near by or rent a boat to explore new waterways around Berlin. There are plenty…

  Living with us is a multicultural experience. Whether the quick trip to the city centre (22min till Brandenburger Tor, (middle of Berlin)or Kreuzberg (40min) or here at home you can practice your german and Arabic (Lebanese). you would be part of our vision to open up family life and to connect to others and to rebuild the old house for community life.

  Ayuda

  We own an old family house with garden which needs maintenance.
  This Summer we start the Renovation of a 100years old Family House across the street.
  This means taking out old pipes, wallpaper, sand the floor, move stuff around, clean….
  Some Gardner work will also be necessary but our main focus is the house.
  
  We will introduce you to the work, plan and attend in the process as much as our daily jobs allow. But we will also ask you to work independently the tasks we have.
  
  It is very important to us to communicate about your needs and we will try to do so as well :)

  Public transport is available in about 12min walking distance. SBahn, buses and U-Bahn. We can give you a bike to get around. After 8 years in the countryside we appreciate so much to get around without a car and have recommendations for bike trips…
  We are on the edge of town so you can quickly bike outside through fields and the nearest forest is 15min away.
  Berlin: there is sooo much to do and experience. When you are interested in art there is the Gropiusbau Museum quite close to our house and then there is sooo much more.
  And the main tourist attractions are very convenient to reach with our SBahn lane. Just tell us your interests and we surely can help you to finding interesting sights or subculture places.
  For clubbing our district is quite far off…
  We live in a calm neighbourhood in the south of Berlin.
  
  When living with us it is important for us that you are open to communicate. And that we can talk about may occurring issues. It is appreciated that you clean up after yourself.
  Note that we try to live sustainable and therefore save water (we shower only once a week, but you can choose yourself) and we try to buy ecological food.
