Descripción
I am looking for musical. housekeeper help for an elder man and his dog. We need help gardening, yard work, preparing meals, and dog walks. We like music and hope you play an instrument. We can offer you a stay for a few weeks or a month at a time.
There are two sites to enjoy here; the city of Vancouver, and the town of Gibsons, a short ferry ride away.
The East Vancouver apartment is located in the lively Britannia neighbourhood, complete with swimming pool, skating rink, library, and coffee shops and parks. You may borrow the house bicycles to tour around downtown.
The Gibsons site is a cabin in the woods with 2 sleeping spaces. We visit there each 2 weeks to do yard work and light building projects. Evenings are good for joining local musicians in the pubs, or attending arts shows. A house canoe is available to paddle. Gibsons is a tourist town situated on the ocean.

Guests can practice or learn piano, guitar, violin or drums.
Guests may explore the world famous city of Vancouver and the tourist town of Gibsons. -
Ayuda
I'm asking guests to help 4 hours per day, including lunch break, for 5 days a week. Saturday, Sunday are free time (meals provided). We try to have fun, and I don't overwork anyone.

Alojamiento
The Vancovuer apartment has a small, single alcove, with a single bed (additional mattress on the floor, if needed) and screens for privacy. The apartment has an outdoor patio and work space, living room, bathroom, kitchen, which you may share.
The second site is a 16' x 20' cabin in the woods. It has a sleeping cot downstairs, and a loft with bed upstairs. We visit there some 3 nights every 2 weeks. -

Vancouver is a beautiful, world class city with parks, mountains, and ocean. The climate is moderate in summer or winter. Explore the outdoors, the funky cafes, the shops, the arts scene, and the community recreation centres. Perhaps some day you will move here.
