  Hello 👋🏼 we need some help one week in June and three weeks in July. We are a travel-loving couple in our mid-to-late 50s with a lovely cat. We live in the south of Germany near Freiburg and the Black Forest, in the famous wine-growing region "Markgräflerland," also known as the Tuscany of Germany. Switzerland and Alsace are just a few kilometers away. Our house has a beautiful garden and plenty of space, and the bus and train connections to Freiburg and Basel are excellent. There's so much to do and discover here...

  Hallo 👋🏼 Wir brauchen Hilfe für eine Woche im Juni und drei Wochen im Juli. Wir sind ein reisefreudiges Paar Mitte/ende 50 mit einer lieben Katze. Wir wohnen im Süden Deutschlands nahe Freiburg und dem Schwarzwald, in der bekannten Weingegend "Markgräflerland" auch die Toskana Deutschlands genannt. Die Schweiz und das Elsass sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.
  Unser Haus hat einen schönen Garten und genügend Platz und die Bus- und Bahnanbindung nach Freiburg und Basel sind sehr gut.

  You live near the French and Swiss borders. ,You can enjoy a diverse cultural program in the university city of Freiburg or Basel (CH) as well as nature experiences in the Black Forest and the Vosges Mountains.   Du wohnst nahe der französischen und Schweizer Grenze. Im Winter erwartet dich hier ein vielfältiges kulturelles Angebot in der Universitätsstadt Freiburg, sowie Naturerlebnisse im Schwarzwald und den Vogesen. Es gibt einige Thermalbäder in unmittelbarer Nähe und in dieser Zeit auch die wunderschönen Weinfeste in unmittelbarer Nähe und im Elsass. Näheres im persönlichen Austausch.

  We need someone to look after our lovely cat, Mia, while we're on vacation and house-sitting. Mia is a bit older and a bit shy. She doesn't like being alone all day. In winter, she rarely goes outside and sleeps a lot. You should feed and water her 2-3 times a day and spend some time with her. This doesn't have to be all day. You should also clean her litter box and water our plants in the house and the garden. Collect the mail once a week. So, no heavy or complicated chores.

  Wir brauchen jemanden, der sich um unsere liebe Katze Mia kümmert, während wir im Urlaub sind und unser Haus "hütet". Mia ist schon etwas älter und etwas scheu. Sie ist nicht gerne den ganzen Tag alleine. Im Winter geht sie selten nach draußen und schläft viel.
  Du solltest ihr 2-3 mal am Tag Futter und Wasser geben und etwas Zeit bei ihr verbringen. Das muss nicht den ganzen Tag sein. Außerdem solltest du ihre Toilette sauber halten und einmal die Woche oder im Sommer täglich unsere Pflanzen im Garten und im Haus gießen, sowie die Post aus dem Briefkasten holen. Also - keine schweren oder komplizierten Arbeiten.

  You'll live with your cat, Mia, in a large house with your own room, garden, bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen. There's plenty of space and friendly neighbors. While you're here, you're welcome to help yourself to our provisions; otherwise, it's self-catering. There are two restaurants, a bakery, and a small gift shop with a post office in the village. In the neighboring village (1.5 km away), you'll find shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. A bicycle is available for your convenience. Bus and train services are within walking distance.

  Du wohnst zusammen mit der Katze Mia in einem großen Haus mit eigenem Zimmer, Garten, Bäder und einer offenen Küche. Es gibt hier viel Platz und nette Nachbarn.
  Für die Zeit, in der du hier bist, kannst du dich gerne aus unserer Vorratshaltung bedienen, ansonsten ist Selbstverpflegung. Es gibt im Ort zwei Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Hofladen. Im Nachbarort( 1,5km) gibt es dann mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte und Restaurants zur Auswahl.
  Für Mobilität steht ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
  Bus und Bahn sind in Fussnähe erreichbar.
