Need some help around the house and with children in Mallorca, Spain

  We are a family of 4. I'm Johanna, 42 from Sweden. My husband Nick is 47 and from Scotland. We have 2 daughters Phoebe 9 and Freja 11. We also have 2 cats and a 2 dogs. We live in a house by the sea. I am a singer and my husband is a guitarrist and song writer. He works in the yacht industry to pay the bills but he's heart is in music!
  
  I am running my own business, Emme Music since 6 months. I organise music for wedding and events. As my business is still very young, I have to put a lot of hours down to get it to work. Nick works from early morning and comes home at 7 in the evening so there is only me to take care of the children, the animals and the household. I need somebody hands on who can help me with the cooking, cleaning and washing. You need to have a drivers licence and a confident driver as I also need help with picking up the kids from school. I basically need to free up more hours to be able to work on my business.
  
  We are concious of what we eat. We are not vegetarians but we prefer eating more vegetables than meat. Healthy food!
  We prefer you to be a non-smoker. You need to love kids and be comfortable around dogs and cats. You need to be able to take own initiatives. I am not good at asking other people to do things for me. I am very much a do-er myself but Iove when people take initiatives and see that certain things need to be done and do them!

  We live in a sleepy seaside town, home to the islands best wave surfing. It's less affected by tourism here than most other coastal urbanisations (no hotels!) surrounded by sand dunes and forest. Son Serra boasts more than 11 km of untouched coastline. There is a bus service to nearby towns where a faster pace of life can be found, the nearest town is only 10 minutes by car and Palma and its airport are only 45 minutes. This is a perfect place for someone who loves being out in the nature, walking, cycling, hiking, rock climbing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling or chilling on the beach.
