Small mountain farm, nestled in one of the wildest valleys of the Pyrenees.
We welcome interested people (note mountain life is tough !) With the discovery of the different activities of our daily lives : raising dairy cows, calves, pigs ... Processing of dairy products and culture; berry harvest; vegetable garden.
Languages: French spoken only. beginner English.
Petite exploitation de montagne, nichée dans une des vallées les plus sauvages des Pyrénées.
Nous accueillons des personnes intéressées (attention, la vie en montagne est rude !) par la découverte des différentes activités de notre quotidien : élevage de vaches laitières, veaux, cochons... Transformation des produits laitiers, culture ; récolte de petits fruits ; potager.
Langues : français parlé uniquement. Anglais débutant.

Ayuda
Help with managing a herd of cows Tarentaise ( milk , livestock monitoring , care of calves, fencing , maintains grassland ...), cheese making (production, refining cellar , ...), cure pigs, weeding and harvesting blueberries, construction of the new workshop building and hay .
Gestion d'un troupeau de vache Tarentaise (traire, surveillance du bétail, soins apportés aux veaux, pose de clôtures, entretient des prairies,...), fabrication de fromage (production, affinage en cave,...), soigner les cochons, désherbage et récolte des myrtilles, construction du nouvel atelier et du bâtiment à foin.

Our farm has 25 cattle , twenty pigs, half a hectare of blueberry , whole milk is turned into cheese by us on the farm. We welcome volunteers for over 5 years.
Notre exploitation compte 25 bovins, une vingtaine de cochons, un demi hectare de myrtillier, tout le lait est transformer en fromage par nous à la ferme. Nous accueillons des bénévoles depuis plus de 5 ans.
