  I live in the mountains near San Martín de los Andes, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Patagonia. The house is surrounded by forests, lakes, and incredible scenery. Mount Lolog rises directly behind the property and Lake Lolog is only 300 meters away. Chapelco Ski Center is 30 minutes away and Lanín National Park is 20 minutes away. If you love nature, quiet spaces, and outdoor activities, you will enjoy living here.
  
  I have extensive experience hosting volunteers in Europe, where I managed a business and received hundreds of volunteers over four years. This profile is simply for my new personal project in Patagonia. I’m very used to welcoming travelers and creating a respectful, comfortable environment for everyone.

  In your free time, you can hike, trek, mountain bike, kayak, fly fish, ride horses, snowboard, ski, or enjoy stand-up paddling. I can provide equipment such as a kayak, a stand-up paddle board, fly fishing gear, snowboards, a mountain bike, and music equipment like a guitar and a DJ controller. You are also welcome to ride my horse.
  
  I am a 40-year-old finance professional originally from Argentina. After living in different countries, I chose to settle in Patagonia, where I always wanted to be. I enjoy cooking asados, staying active, exploring nature, and learning new skills. I can share knowledge about finance, Bitcoin, horseback riding, DJing, outdoor skills, and Argentine culture. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and basic Italian.

  You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a clean, spacious, and comfortable house. The environment is quiet and surrounded by mountains and forests, which makes it an ideal place to work, rest, and enjoy nature. The house has a shared kitchen, Starlink internet, wood stoves, a working desk, and all basic services to live comfortably.
  
  I provide all bedding, towels, and anything you might need to feel at home. The property is secure and well maintained. The space is large, warm, and designed for people who enjoy both productivity and relaxation.
  
  Meals are included. I enjoy cooking, especially making traditional Argentine asados, and I am happy to share meals together when schedules allow. You can also use the kitchen freely if you prefer to cook on your own at any time.
  
  The house is a welcoming place where you can focus on your projects, explore the outdoors, enjoy good food, and live comfortably during your stay.

  In your free time, you will have endless options to explore the area. You can hike in the mountains, visit Lake Lolog, go fly fishing, paddle on the lake, explore the trails on a mountain bike, or spend time in San Martín de los Andes. The town is about 20 minutes away by bus and is very easy to reach. Chapelco Ski Center is close if you come during winter. I can lend you equipment like a kayak, a stand up paddle board, a mountain bike, fly fishing gear, and snowboards.
  
  Transport is simple. There are buses that go to and from San Martín de los Andes several times a day, around 4 times depending on the season. You can also walk or bike around the local area, which is safe, quiet, and surrounded by nature. There's a few restaurants and stores that have everything you need.
  
  Regarding the home, I live a calm and outdoors focused lifestyle. I enjoy early mornings, good food, and an active routine. The house has a peaceful atmosphere that suits people who appreciate nature and personal projects. The only house rules are to keep shared spaces clean, respect the environment, and communicate openly if you need anything.
