Thank you for checking out our page for our Hostel. The hostel is being run by Judy and Rose.

We are located in Vung Tau city, about two hours south of Ho Chi Minh City. Vũng Tàu is well known for its beaches, sea food and beautiful cafes. You can easily get here by boat or by bus.

This hostel has been open for approximately two and a half years and is currently being renovated. We are asking volunteers to do a few different tasks. Mostly, we are asking volunteers to work at the front desk
(reception), and to also teach English at some local schools. Teaching experience isn't necessary and lesson plans are provided. Occasionally, this will change but we will discuss it with you.

We expect volunteers to work approximately 25 hours a week. In exchange we offer a bed in our dormitory, food and a motorbike that you are free to use anytime. Teachers are responsible for their own fuel.

Mostly, we are just looking for enthusiastic people who will help to contribute to the atmosphere.

HOUSEKEEPING AND RECEPTION
- Housekeeping and Cleaning (help our cleaning team)
- Reception (check ins & outs cleaning common area)
- Social life and guest interaction (friendly and talkative with other guests)

ENGLISH TEACHING
-Travelling to local schools to teach English.
-Lesson plans are provided so all we require is patience and a positive attitude.
-Doing 1-on-1 on interviews, small group lessons or pronunciation practice.

Our Hostel is located in the centre of Vung tau city. It's about 3 - 5 minutes walk to the local market & supermarket as well where you can go shopping and explore local culture; and may takes you 10 minutes walk to the Front Beach & the Park; also is convenient to grab some street foods and easy to find restaurant here. We also near Jesus Statue; Lighthouse, Hon Ba Island, Night see food market, Army Museum, ...

Five THOUSAND stars to this place, where I felt absolutely home! Warm people, good food, cool environment. Judi is a super good nature person and she is a mother-like host! By far the best work away we have ever had and probably will ever have! Judy is the coolest host vet and will make you feel right at home.
